Hi Ivan, as much as I'm disappointed with the issue I had, I did find the service team were helpful and immediately able to guide me (which is how I actually found the faulty part). The woman I spoke to knew the product and was very responsive that way - I just called the number in the back of the service booklet. Here's the number for Sydney: 1300 139 798 - then I think you dial '1'. By the way, my temperature to heat up is only 193? It may be a programming issue.
