Adam sold me a pre loved i phone yesterday. He was very polite and patient with me being an older customer. I love the phone, Adam transferred everything for me from my old phone and certainly knows his stuff, he’s a wonderful asset to the Morayfield branch. He even gave me a case for it. If zero stars was an option,I’d rather that.sold a faulty apple laptop to my mum and when my mum went home the screen was shaking and also couldn’t download anything.Took it back literally the next day and they said “$150 is the restocking fee” wasn’t our fault yet we still had to pay it.Absolutely disgusting refund charges and wouldnt recommend to anyone.Do not shop!!! Show details

Awful company! They replaced my battery and damaged my phone in the process! They cracked my screen which caused it to glitch and die rendering my phone useless. They also bent and cracked my S pen. I am not from Brisbane and could not return to the store. I had to to replace the screen and S pen which cost me $600. STAY AWAY!!

Disgusting attitude and no public relations or warranty – I brought an IPHONEX wallet cover on Monday 29th November at Aikenvale store Townsville. When I argued my point I was told fill out this form send it email, no concern for customer service and the mention of any warranty even after only 3 days was not a discussion the SPANISH WOMAN was willing to have, she was rude and aggressive. Never go there and I have filled in the complaints form, but nothing back yet, not expecting any thing if that Woman at Aikenvale was any example. But consumer affairs will be hearing all about this, along with the othe 100 complaints on this review page. NO STARS FOR THIS GROUP OF FRAUGELANT non Australian business group. Disgusting service Now Head office in Brisbane have I writing accused me smashing and breaking the cover. If you have had problems with CASPHONE , make an official complaint to CONSUMER AFFAIRS , it is simple to do on line , that is the only way we can get rid of this unprofessional and UN AUSTRALIAN business and services.

Hoon you’re the best – Hoon @ Cairns Central Casphone is the best phone doctor. I took my severely smashed screen, the dreaded black screen ( iPhone 13 Pro Max) to him today. A quick walk around the shops and it was done. Looked and works like brand new. $349 happy days! Even put a new screen saver on in < 1 min. He is friendly, meticulous and very pleasant to deal with and so helpful. Highly recommend you see Hoon for your repairs.

it", all this when he has already made the purchase. Not sure how can someone sell an item without testing it at the point of sale. Worst of all, the guy throws the stuff on the desk and says, "there is a readers manual and you can read it". When I said, if this is how you want to sell your products, you can give the money back, his response "I am not give you your money back". That's what you get for $94.90. I said, I want to connect to your superiors, he says, look up online, and then played the card, "If you don't know how to talk to me, I will call the security". Then he gives the complaint form, and says, here you go mate, you can write as much as you want. I called the number on form- [Number Removed] and after the IVR someone picked up the phone and says its a residence. :) I went to the other branch within Stockland, and the lady says, you have to follow the procedure, and write the complaint and give it to us and we will post it. :) The salesperson is [Name Removed] from Townsville Stockland branch. I want to reach out to Ombudsperson Queensland, any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Counterfeit Cases – Purchased a Spigen branded case here and it seemed 'off' - not the usual quality. Emailed photos to Spigen to ask if it is one of their cases and they confirmed it is a 'fake' / counterfeit case. I returned for a refund, showing Spigen's response. Staff very reluctantly and nervously processed the refund.

I encourage those of you who purchased / received products which are non-genuine (but sold as though they are genuine / of a particular brand), and have sufficient evidence that the item was purchased from Casphone and is indeed a fake, to request a refund. If declined, request via email and then contact your bank to initiate a card dispute (chargeback) if you paid by credit or debit card. Often this must be done within 120 days from date of purchase. Include proof/evidence from an authoritative source (manufacturer/authorised agent/etc) that the item is counterfeit (ie email in response to photos), proof of purchase, and submit with your card dispute all facts as a statutory declaration. You can often initiate a card dispute online or through online banking.

It is a bit of a process, but you'll likely get your money back. If enough of these disputes are raised, it may make a change, and the retailer may face fines and closure of the merchant account.

Best computer place in Nerang – I have had a few issues with my old laptop. Got all the help that I needed from the staff at Nerang. Always very help full. Whenever I so need I just pop in and get the help that I need. Janaina and Jeferson and the previous manager are always so helpful and I cant ask for more help. NO WARRANTY ON SCREEN, IT WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS – Paid $400 for a repair and it worked for 2 weeks then the touch screen stopped, the display turns on but thats it. Nothing they can do but change me another $400 they said.

Phone screen protector peeled off – Bought screen protector for new Moto G14. Got phone back in worse condition than when I dropped it off – Got the glass replaced on my 1X zoom camera recently. The repairer did all the checks on my camera before accepting and couldn’t find any issues. After the repair I noticed marring on the lense which was a couple of light black spots. do. I took it there and the glass was replaced again and lense cleaned but when I inspected it there was further marring on the lense. They basically told me there was nothing they can do. The shop I got it done at after seeing the issues when they gave it back to me quoted to replace the whole camera for $400+. I ended up cutting my losses and went to Phone Medic in Milton who has quoted me $220 to replace camera. I have had my phone repaired at Casphone in the past without issues but now learnt if you do run into issues your on your own. The inspection they do when you hand your phone over mean nothing.

Everyone knows that the purpose of having a phone case is to protect the phone - if the case does not close, how does it protect the phone?

We returned to the store to get a refund because the product was faulty. I do not want a exchange because 1) there was a lack of selection of phone cases for my phone, and I do not like the other types, 2) exchange to another similar phone case is going to result in the same issue (case not closing). I do not want credit because we won't purchase phone cases every other week, and so credit is useless to us. Therefore, we request a refund.

The manager was extremely rude and refused to refund. He had the audacity to tell us that we should ASK about the return policy prior to purchasing - and I would like to ask, does anyone go to every single shop and ask about the return policy before buying things? Additionally, I want to highlight the lack of transparency and deceptive work practices in place in this store. The returns policy sign was placed away from the cashier, and the cashier did not tell us about the returns policy. We originally wanted to purchase 2 phone cases yesterday, so the sales assistant ordered several cases (different colors) for us to choose from because there was no photo or image of the different colored cases. The manager even implied that we should pay for all the ordered cases! He was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction, refused to admit that the case was faulty even when we plainly demonstrated that the case does not close (and therefore does not protect the phone), his facial expression was extremely hostile the whole time, threatened to call the police, called the security and tried to show that the case worked even when it clearly doesn't, and refused to give us the refund.

This shouldn't happen in Australia. I have lost all faith in this company and I will never take my business to Casphone ever again. DO NOT SHOP AT CASPHONE!

asked to speak to anyone other than the extremely rude front desk admin and he said there’s no one else responsible for handling issues asides from him, but he refused to help or also refused to process my damage complaint.

I paid $120 for them to break my phone, and their staff are the most useless bunch of idiots and scammers.

0/10 I’ve not had a worst customer service experience.

This company, that has a number of stores around Brisbane, is both liars and incompetent and staff both at head office and their out stores changing all the time and no one prepared to take any responsibility. A terrible experience dealing with both the store and head office who never call back, ever.

changed the labels but denied any responsibility for it not fitting my iPad as I didn’t bring it in at the time (you don’t need to if you have the right labels on) I won’t go back to Casphone and I’ll advise others against going there. Should have read the reviews on here in the first place. I would write to head office but given this is where the lack of customer care and integrity originates, I think I’ll stick with this review for now and a lesson learned.

the middle of the ipad which our IT guy found. They weren't interested but said he will look at it and put it in the drawer. Week later I asked him about it and he took it out the same drawer. Never looked at it but said it was fine. I bought another screen and our IT guy put the new screen in, only to find that my old screen (which I paid for) was badly glued back. Apart from been ripped off I highly recommend you don't go there unless you want a very bad job done and part with your money for work NOT done. Disgusting.

additional costs. Plus I was very patient concidering length of time they took to repair it. I have bought a $29 screen from ebay and works perfectly and didn't even have to break the screen. I have been way overcharged for the repairs, I will never go back and now have warned my friends and family. Such a pity because the 1st time when they were new they were good.
