should not have been in the camera, but it was already installed, which is unprofessional and not something Nikon QC would do. I contacted them, they told me they had to do it as per DHL requirement. Dropping: 0 star
- As mentioned by CCC warehouse, the product is NOT sealed. When I opened the box, all the items except for the lens pouch and the camera strap had been opened and handled, which is quite unpleasant, especially for a luxury item like this. It gives the impression of being a second-hand item. I understand that they may need to check it before shipping, but this experience has been disappointing. Dropping: 1/2 star
Their customer service is not rude or insolent; however, they are quite assertive and may not always adhere to Australian standards of politeness, particularly when faced with challenging questions. 1/2 star

$17, but I was charged an additional $27 since my suburb (Clyde, Melbourne) is considered regional. While I wish that extra fee wasn’t there, I’m still very satisfied overall. The product was well-packed and arrived safely. One more thing to note — they do offer a PayPal Pay Later option, but it didn’t appear at checkout. I tried a few times without success, so I ended up paying the full amount upfront. If you want to use that option, I recommend contacting them directly before placing your order.

They rang the doorbell. Within 10 seconds I had opened the front door, but the delivery man was already back inside the truck and drove away.
I paid slightly over $25 for postage and insurance on this delivery. I feel ripped off. If the delivery team bozos did their job properly, we wouldn’t have to pay any insurance. They didn’t ask for a signature, or show any care whatsoever about the parcel. They just abandoned it. IF I WASN’T HOME IT COULD HAVE VERY EASILY BEEN STOLEN.
Is this what passes for service in Australia these days? I am very unimpressed. CCC Warehouse, you seriously need to have a very strong word to Team Global Express, because I doubt whether I would place another order with your firm again based on this poor delivery protocol.
I will do a separate review about the camera lens once I have had a chance to play with it.

Delivery time was very reasonable. The product is as per description and pics. I recommend CCCWarehouse. Now with the phone itself, I realised it’s missing at least one of the features the European model. It is missing the “Additional Settings” function for calls that allows your own number be hidden when placing a call. I used Xperia XA1 for last four years. It has easy way to take screenshot of my phone, whereas with Xperia 10V you’ve got to, not only use two buttons at same time, instead of one (volume & power key button), but you’ve got to learn the exact amount of time to hold and press those buttons, and what exact section of the volume button to use! Same issue with turning off the phone. If you do not get it right, you get aggressed by a message that takes a third of your screen! Message totally Not relevant to turning off the phone. Why on earth Sony makes things gradually more complicated as new models are developed?!

standard Australian 2 year warranty, but this is not uncommon for grey imports. The option is available to increase the warranty coverage. I was relaxed about this situation because the after sales support appears to genuine. I have not tested that support as yet, and I doubt I will need to. The lens arrived in a genuine Nikon unopened box which included the end caps, the hood and soft cloth cover. I have not used the lens extensively since it's arrival but I have taken some Milky Way Core images to test it's performance and the results are very encouraging. I think it will be a very versatile lens and a great addition to the bag. Due to this transaction being virtually flawless, I would not hesitate to purchase again from this online store.

I bought a Nikon D780 from CCCW after discussing the purchase with Michale, who was extremely helpful and gave sound advice and directions. Once transacted, despatch was prompot and the item was delivered in less that a week. Buyer beware. Items are grey imports. Normal manufacturer warranties arent honoured. All for a few bucks that is not massively cheaper than proper stores. When i asked them to honour warranty got threats. Again buyer beware !!!

THEIR WAREHOUSE IS IN HK – Their warehouse is located in HK and they dispatch from HK. I recently ordered a camera and realized it after paying. I wasn't happy because they pretend to be located in Australia. It took me 8 days to get my camera. The courier abandoned a $2,000 camera in the hallway in front of my office without leaving a message or anything. I wasn't in the office on that day. I just couldn't believe this.

I ordered a camera on a Thursday and it came through on the Wednesday and that was WITH a Monday public holiday! Just awesome. in Australia and they give their own warranties etc for the gear. I checked with our service centre in Perth (for cameras) and they said when they get a repair from someone who bought from CCC Warehouse they always honour them. That was good enough for me. I will absolutely purchase from these crew again.

Outstanding – Lens ordered from CCCwarehouse and shipped 30 Dec 2024. Order arrived 3 Jan 2025. Considering it was an overseas order over Christmas, I consider the service outstanding. I have punched from this company previously, with similar shipping outcomes. I would recommend CCCwarehouse without hesitation.

seller to demo this - Checked on dpreview and helpful owners of same lens said no loud rattle - Brought to local shop to confirm defective and asked for a return label - [Name Removed], customer service, refused and said Canon told them this is normal and they will need to do their own investigation
These are their responses, I kid you not.
The first one about the delay:
“Yes we got a call from the local post business hub, they had 2 packages with damaged shipping labels (they got glued to each other and ripped off). We got it back and re packed and re lodged already, only finished today”
That’s fine, give them the benefit of the doubt.
This one is about the return label. “We are not qualified to make the judgement on the defectiveness of the item nor are you. Canon is. There is a process with any warranty/defect item claim. We can not skip it not even for King Charles. The process is you claim from us, we claim off supplier, they claim from Canon. Somewhere along the process, the complaint need to verified. If they (supplier or Canon ) find the issue is NOT a defect then who is going to be responsible for all the shipping and return shipping incurred? We have no problems for you to send this to Canon service department so they can verify the complaint, however YOU will incur an assessment labour charge if they confirm the lens is normal. That's why we are trying our best to verify this without needing to send this to canon service.”
Now, let’s take a step back. Seller determines if lens is defective WITHOUT the lens. Canon will not be involved as it is too costly. The cost of return postage is $10.95 (USD7.14). It will bring down their business if they had to pay $10.95. The customer cannot be trusted.
More importantly Canon is greater than King Charles.
I have had no problems buying from this mob before, but the real test of a business is when something goes wrong. You be the judge. If anything, hopefully this brings you a smile today.
Btw, lens didn't come with warranty card and no labels on the box, see pic compared to the one from Ryda, an authorised Canon dealer. Ryda's price was $12 more but well worth the 5 year Australian warranty.
