Certified Tech Direct

model, but the one I recieved had quite a lot of cosmetic damage. It took a LOT of effort to get in touch with the customer service team. Eventually they offered me the choice of a very small partial refund for the difference in price, or to send it back for the one I had ordered. I decided to just take the refund as sending it back was a massive inconvenience at the time. The phone for the most part has been awesome. However I did notice that in the settings the battery and the camera were not recognised as genuine apple parts. 6 months later the battery has completely shat itself. I got in touch with their customer service team as this would be covered under the warranty. They emailed me a return label. I asked if instead I could get the repair done in NZ and have them reimburse me. They said their warranty only applied to in house repairs, which I thought was fair enough. I ultimately decided to get the repair done through an accredited apple provider instead because I had no doubt in my mind that they hadn’t used real parts. Instead of waiting weeks for my phone back, I paid a small fee for a battery replacement and got my phone back at the end of the day.

All in all, the phone is okay. Their customer service is okay. I have bought better quality refurbished items from other companies before with much better luck, but if you don’t care too much about quality then these guys are good. They will do the repairs if things go wrong, but ultimately, you need to be aware of the inconvenience of having to ship the phone back to them, as opposed to dropping it off to a service provider and having it back at the end of the day.

Happy with my product but shipping was really slow – very happy with the phone i purchased however he shipping time was quite bad. Customer service team was very reassuring nonetheless.

Second time buying from here. Im still happy with the condition and the fast shipping – Happy with the fast shipping and the quality of my iphone 12. For sure I'll buy again from this store.

Pathetic. Don’t expect a refund in a hurry! – Bought an iPhone with non genuine parts. 7 business days later and still no refund. This company can not be trusted. Hopefully now the ACCC can sort them out.

No instructions on how to fit it – No instructions and would not stick properly, ended up throwing it out. Went to local shop and bought another one from there and had no issues with new one

Not overly impressed – I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, soon after receiving phone I started to have issues. The only solution was to return the phone so they could check it. As I need a phone for work, and they do not supply a temporary replacement, meant I could not return it.

Brilliant service – My son organised a refurbished iphone 6S which arrived promptly with an unexpected complimentary cover and bluetooth speaker.
