the in-store price was $29 (30%more). Always check the in-store price matches the online price, if it doesn't, simply place the order online and get free click and collect. When this happened at Liquorland, I was told by that company that the Store Manager can charge what they like and only have to honour the price if it's a click and collect order. possible to come and pick the missing pole up as it was not feeble for me to return such a large item. I would need to hire a Ute to return it. I was told no you need to return the whole thing and get a brand new one in box. I mentioned I would be speaking to head office as that’s not a good enough solution to be told it’s not the store fault it’s missing a part and that she would then have a opened item she couldn’t sell. Two of the boxes I was given had been opened and retaped back up with the part missing. I questioned this to staff at the time and told no all the parts are there. I was not asking for to much in just being able to pick up the missing piece. It’s an hrs drive each way. I was told by the manager D that good luck getting hold of head office they won’t return you call. Head office fantastic to deal with, they are organising the regional manager to organise for me to pick up the missing piece.

was concerned that the code was a generic one, covering all colours. There was no option to add a note during the order process so I immediately sent a note using the customerservice email address explaining which colour I wanted. Zero response for days, so I sent another one. And then another, and another. Used the contact form, the refund request form. 8 emails later I got a response, with an apology that my order hadn't been sent and asking did I still want a refund or did I want to wait. Obnoxious staff – Appalling customer service by 2 members of staff including manager. Both obviously terribly miserable in their employment roles. (Time for a change in careers, I think!)
