Apology they worked for me – In a pragmatist,and a sceptic.gave this product a terrible review after using it for 16 days .now I have to suck back. Peace at Last! – Crampeze changed my life. It works – I tried many magnesium supplements to increase my mag levels and none worked until I tried crampeze forte. I have blood tests every 6 month and since taking this product my mag levels have stayed within the acceptable levels. Show reply

No effective – I am still consuming the crampeze, and to finish it not to waste. I take it daily but I dont feel any different. It is more effective when I took panadol.

Brilliant – I had been suffering from cramps and spasms for so long I had so much trouble sleeping and even sitting for too long. 100% recommend – These tablets are the only ones that got rid of my frequent leg cramps. Magnesium by itself doesn't seem to help but these tablets are INCREDIBLE! I frequently recommend them to anyone who suffers from muscle spasms or muscle cramps. Show details ·  1

getting cramp and I did find on an occasion where i had run out of Crampeze that the symptoms of cramping increased. So for me, I’d rather stick to something i feel is working. I take the magnesium in the morning and the crampeze in the evening and the combination seems to ease my issues. I would recommend giving it a go, it’s a natural product so it’s not going to hurt you. Don’t give it a week for a result give it a few months. And like my pharmacist says, if you’re taking too much your body just flushes this particular medication out. Good luck.

Great product – I've been using Crampeze for about six years now and before I used to use the cream you made but discontinued unfortunately. I suffer both from severe leg cramps and arthritis , it helps with the cramps so that they aren't nearly so severe and I find that if I miss the tablets they come back with a vengeance.
