I purchased 6 of the solaro white outdoor chairs online for a click and collect at Fantastic Furniture. It was easy to see that they were in stock at my local store and they were ready to pick up in less than an hour. Staff in store and at the dock were super helpful even offered to help load them into our Ute for us. Colour - the actual colour it is not plain white, or bright white as appears on website. It has a pearly, grained pattern throughout. Before assembly pieces looks more grey-ish / off-white, at first. Then looks more white in the sunlight (see the photo of the white square shelf taken outside). Once assembled it looks so elegant! So very happy with this, it is a lovely cabinet overall - beautiful! Getting the Sofa Bed was not an issue. Staff were great, and it was delivered in three days - perfect. The issue came later. When boxed up, the sofa bed was not able to fit into the room where I wanted it to go. I asked the delivery people to leave it in the kitchen and I unboxed it. by myself. Finally got it into the room, attached the four feet, put into position and bugger me - it would not open into a bed. Upon inspection (I can problem solve well), I noticed that one stopper was under a bracket instead of being on top of the bracket like the opposite side. It took a very long time on the phone and the web page chat bot just to get to speak to someone at the store. I told them the issue and that I could fix by doing "X", but that may void the warranty. The store person was great - he told me to do it and if anything went wrong, it was still covered and he noted it down. Three minutes later it was working well. The MAINE Sofa Bed is great, just be aware that it is VERY heavy to move around and may not fit down your passage/through doors when boxed.
