Did an order for click and collect and got an email to say it was ready now. Ummmmm how is one person supposed to get these into the back of a car alone? Luckily I’m strong and could lever them up but it was still a hassle. Shame for anyone who can’t lift these

After ordering from a different company, was left waiting for a couch for over a month, then they wanted to charge 25% more to make me a “priority” to fulfill the order that was in a warehouse 2 hours away! I love my 2 seater recliner. The sales experience was excellent but the delivery had issues due to my address being recorded incorrectly. It eventually was realised and fixed by another lovely saleslady. May i suggest a phone call from driver should have been made. I still would shop at store again . Follow-up · Sofas have been great, but the foam in the seat cushions is failing. I have swapped cushion positions regularly, and turned them over as well, but large indentations have appeared. Not as comfortable now as they make us slouch into them. I dont know how much longer the seats will be usable before I have to have new seats made. The fabric is fantastic and easy to clean. Looks like new except for the sagging seat cushions.

but just talking to each other or on their computers.) There were 2 ladies in FF, both on their computers, after a couple of minutes, Kathleena approached us. Very friendly and politely asked if we needed any help. Told her what we had in mind, she listened carefully and then said, "for what you are looking for, this is the couch best suited." And promptly showed us. Answered all our questions. Printed out pricing for a combo of 2&3 seater, and/or armchairs. Looked up stock availability, and when we said we need to go home and check dimensions of couch with our lounge room, she mentioned we can order it online and have it delivered. Thanks to Kathleena, we have just ordered the couch online and arranged for delivery. Kathleena did not ask for a review, her great service motivated us to submit this!
Follow-up · I would like to add, yes delivery went well! We were a bit surprised it came disassembled- however it was not ‘in pieces.’ Just the two main parts needed to be put together. It was relatively easy for my husband and I to assemble. It was a perfect fit for our small place. We still have it, it’s very comfortable and are very happy with our purchase. He completed the remaining payment, printed a new receipt, made sure I also received the electronic copy, and even made access through the back area more convenient for us.
The biggest help came when we realised we had to fit all four chairs into our car. Chris suggested taking the chairs out of the two large boxes and loading them individually, and then personally helped us through the entire process. This was well beyond what I would normally expect from Click & Collect staff, and without his help the transport situation would have been much more difficult.
Chris genuinely saved the day for us. His attitude, professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.

Bought an outside set table and chairs, goods arrived in a damaged box which photos were taken of along with the damaged product and sent to FF which they requested. Now they require photos of the goods being dismantled, removed from its packaging and placed with the outdoor bin. They have already been sent photos of the damaged product but this isn't good enough for them. Save yourself this drama and buy elsewhere.

Fantastic Furniture are probably good if they have stock but in my experience they should be called Fantastic Furniture Importers. Their practice of wanting a full payment on products they actually do not have in stock lead to over 4 months of delays and in the end I requested a refund. probably were use to people cancelling orders that have been on back order for long periods of time.
I think if a well established company knows they have no stock but still wants full payment, it calls into question their morals. We paid $1.5k and they just sat on the money.

accidentally purchased a Double when I actually needed a Queen. The mattress was never slept on, never used and remained completely undamaged.
I contacted the store almost immediately and simply asked if I could exchange it for the correct Queen size. I was more than happy to pay the difference in price and any reasonable applicable fees. I was not asking for a refund or trying to take advantage of the store.
Unfortunately, the store manager, [Name Removed], was extremely unhelpful. Rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, I was simply directed to the company's returns policy and my request was refused.
I then contacted Fantastic Furniture Customer Care and was advised that the matter would be reviewed by management. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting, following up and being told that management is still being contacted.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that while my complaint was still unresolved, Fantastic Furniture had the audacity to ask me to leave a review.
So here it is.
This isn't about expecting special treatment. It is about how a customer is treated when they make a genuine mistake and are trying to resolve it reasonably. I was prepared to pay more money to purchase the correct product, yet I was made to feel as though asking for reasonable assistance was an inconvenience.
After this experience, Fantastic Furniture has lost me as a customer. I have already chosen to purchase other bedroom furniture elsewhere, and I will not be recommending Fantastic Furniture to my family, friends, colleagues or anyone who asks me about my experience.
If you are considering purchasing from Fantastic Furniture, my advice is simple:
Be absolutely certain about what you are buying before you hand over your money. Check the size, measurements and everything else carefully, and make sure you understand exactly what will happen if you make a mistake.
My experience with this store and its management has been extremely disappointing, and I would not want another customer to go through the same frustration.
