Posted out the wrong item, kept referring me to online chat to rectify, taking weeks for a response, first was made to send a video to prove the item was incorrect, then told I have been referred to 'specialist team' and now radio silence - no response on phone or online chat. Such absolutely poor service. I originally was happy to swap for correct item but now looking for refund, cannot deal with this company any longer.
Absolute rubbish. Two bad batteries in a row and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. Blame the customer for their cheap, rubbish, unreliable batteries that take three hours to go from 100% to zero. Taking my complaint about them to Fair Trading. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!! More fool me. I'm an older person and this woman totally saw me coming. I went in only to purchase a strap. and was told it had to be done. Once I left the store my phone never worked properly again and my credit card became compromised and needed cancelling. I then had to get a whole new phone. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!

to justify the products quality as they are not the manufacturer, this is understandable! But with right attitude and helpful team members all the matters can be resolved. Sure with visit them in the future!

Bad for neurodiverse people – Whilst I was happy with how knowledgeable Alex was and with the screen cover etc I was unhappy about a change of $49 for something called a BP ? I am neurodiverse and feel that I was taken advantage of by the store . It all happened so fast and now I feel ripped off and will not shop there again. Show details
Horrible store. I feel cheated – I went to QVB store today at 6 pm. I feel so cheated. The guy applied screen protector on both sides of my new S24 phone. He told me to get camera shield so I agreed. looked at it and said it will be fine. I told him how it can be fixed, it is not even smooth. There was a crease line in the centre of phone that he said will disappear after 6 hours. This still made sense to me but not back crease where the film was folded. He took out the case cover pressed the plastic film and again put cover. It had creased again and ofcourse film was not placed correctly. He then told me that he had switched off his heat fan otherwise it would have applied it well. As a customer this was so disappointing. Just say NO when you can do it. I took the case and saw the film completely ruined. I took the case out to see it myself before leaving the store. The plastic was off. I then told him and he was like angry at me. He took the phone and said he has fixed it. He gave me an expression that he was fed up as I asked twice that this film is an issue. I came home and in light saw that he cut the plastic film around the camera! This is so so horrible. To see the contact number of store I took out the invoice and I am charged twice for camera film. This is the worst store ever.

to Fone King which was then a fairly new shop and she had her phone repaired quickly and at a competetive price. We were happy. Because of that satisfying experience I went back some weeks later to buy a protective cover for my autistic grandson's phone. He needed it as he always felt vulnerable when he was away from his family and we wanted to help him feel comfortable and secure. Once again, Fone King in the plaza came to the rescue. Not only did they spend the time getting an understanding of our needs but they also gave good helpful advice and provided us with exactly what was needed. Yesterday we again called on their help as my daughter had her phone virtually ruined by her three year old who was playing with it and dropped a heavy object on it. Within half an hour the two wonderful workers there, Pav and Kos, had it repaired and returned to us looking and behaving as good as new. The price was competitive. My daughter did get other quotes but we chose to go there as we had good experiences with that shop on the two previous occasions. We were not disappointed so this time we asked for their names. Recommend them highly!

checked and confidentially advise that this is possible and i can have it back within 1 hour. I never experienced such perfect service and assurance after being disappointed on few occasions by other phone repair shops- most advised they do not have replacement parts for the phone). My last Hope was at Fone King shop today - i think the name says it all - definitely i can attest to them as real Phone King shop. 10Plus was not charged. Senior error. Anyway, they told me that with a broken screen and a broken back and very poor screen cover, and possibly a bad recharger, this phone needed help! So I agreed to the hep which was a replacement for all of those things. Come back in 20 mins they said which I did. And I had my phone back looking new. Kos said I don't need a replacement phone for at least two years. So I felt really good. Thanks Kos and your team. I was impressed with the way things were done so expertly. I was on holiday and went to them as there was a problem with my iPhone screen. They replaced the screen however the error message of finishing my repair won’t go away. They charged me $599. I don’t think it’s worth it and if you go back to query the message, they talk to you like you stupid. I was not impressed. Over priced, poor quality service. Extortionate prices for such low quality service, charging me $759 for a screen replacement and adding on additional charges for a plastic flimsy screen protector ($200 worth) without checking it with me first. Receipt also says $693.50 yet the transaction was $759? Untrustworthy, unreliable. Would not recommend at all, go to Apple Show details
Fone King Returns Policy - BE CAREFUL – Make sure you 100% want the item, as Fone Kings policy for returns (even after the product is in perfect condition) is NO - you only receive in store credit. Staff were nice and helpful…the policy on returns needs to be addressed.

FoneKing Miranda is awesome They fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone 13 in about 20 mins with no loss of my data which Apple said I might probably lose my data if I didn’t back it up.
