This company is highly professional and Dean was very impressive in explaining the quote and what it entailed. eg time taken to complete, use of materials , any noise factors and costing of the job. Dean and his co worker were on time, neat and tidy with the work and the finsihed porduct was excellent. Grout Pro's quote was more than another companies quote but we felt that Grout Pro had much more knowledge and experience than other firms. Show reply

proceed with. From start to finish she was always available to assist with any questions I had. Being a pensioner every dollar counts and Belinda sent me through a very reasonable quote which I was ready to accept. Unfortunately then we had the Cyclone and I had to put off the Reno for a few weeks. I have to say I was worried having to tell Belinda that we couldn’t move forward at this stage, especially after all the work she had done and time spent with my enquires but I can honestly say Belinda was very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She said just give me a call when you’re ready. Two weeks later I called and said I’m ready to accept the quote. She really was amazing. She helped me source the vanity unit. I explained what I was looking for as far as the colour of the tiles and she helped me choose the colour,style and texture etc. She truely went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed. I whole heartedly believe I was blessed to have Belinda as our consultant. I highly recommend her. If you need anything done in your bathroom I suggest you ask for Belinda to be your consultant. She will not let you done. Then the work begun. Our next experience was with our builder (Ian) I might be retired now but I was an Operations Manager for many, many years and I can honestly say I have not seen a more committed and hard working trades person throughout my career. I couldn’t even get him to stop and have a coffee or cold drink. He discussed the progress daily. He made suggestions to enhance the look of the bathroom, which really made sense. He had a clear vision of how it would look before he started and was confident to make suggestions throughout the process. So glad I listened because it really gave the room a lift. And every single day he was here,he thoroughly cleaned the area before he left. Apart from all of this, Ian takes pride in his work. Nothing is done half heartedly. Ian is extremely professional, always polite. His workmanship is second to none. All I can say is a Huge Thank You to Groutpro for sending me the best consultant and builder in the company. I say that with confidence because I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much Belinda and Ian. We love our bathroom and toilet. You have transformed 2 horrible old rooms into a beautiful bathroom and toilet that we are very proud of. Cheers Bev and Estelle.

Fixed my broken tiles – Job done and l'm so happy to finally get the broken tiles fixed. Great customer service and the tradesman was able to fix my difficult job well. The old tiles aren't made anymore so we had to source the best ones to fit. So pleased with the result. Thanks Grout Pro for a job well done. Show reply

We used GroutPro to prepare an investment property prior to sale. We booked them for tile cleaning and re-siliconing two bathrooms. The end results of both cleaning and siliconing were awful. However this was not done and the end result was as if no work had been done in the first place. If testing had been done, we would not have had them perform the work in one bathroom let alone two bathrooms.
The silicone work was of such poor quality that GroutPro needed to come back and perform the work again. It was messy and the wrong colours were applied. The second job was not much better, however we did not want them involved in any further rectification.
We requested a discount due to the poor workmanship and the lack of any effect from their cleaning. They declined and chased full payment aggressively and repetitively threatened a credit rating report.

Avoid GroutPro. Damaged tiles, so many that as I’m getting quotes to redo the shower, they are shocked at the terrible workmanship. White grout was asked to be used, which it is far from it, it looks like different colours as if the supply of that colour ran out. [Name Removed] was unprofessional taking phone calls throughout the entire job. Avoid GroutPro.

Don’t bother, after sucking you in with a professional quote & paying a substantial deposit they fail to turn up. When contacted they tried to change it to another day as I stood in my empty house waiting for them. The team member who was finally sent did a good job in half the time allocated however had to work his guys out. Not very professional for an expensive service.
My quote did not accurately reflect the discussion with the consultant when she came to provide the quote. more. I already had a quote from another company for $100 less than the GP original quote, but with all work included. As both quotes were comparable, I assumed all work was included and decided to go with Grout Pro as it was recommended by a family member. I showed the other quote to the technician on the day, who advised that I would be better going with it. I cancelled and was told I would not receive my deposit of $697.29. I emailed Grot Pro and explained the circumstances, but was still rejected. I understand the inconvenience this caused on the day, and realise a callout fee would be reasonable for the inconvenience, but $697.29 is an excessive callout fee. I feel a refund, would have been appropriate, given that the quote did not include everything that was discussed originally with the consultant. Unfortunately, given my experience with Grout Pro and the way I was dismissed when I explained the circumstances and requested a refund, I CANNOT recommend them.

Very poor communication – I’m very confused by this company. On two separate occasions I called them, asking to come and regrout my bathroom tiles. The first time the guy came around to have a look (I wasn’t home), but never followed up with me. The second time nobody turned up at all. I will not be contacting this company again.

Nick from GroutPro Woden Valley re-grouted and sealed my shower, some of my bathroom and laundry, and also repaired a broken wall tile, all in one day. My tiles look great now. Nick cleaned up after himself, showed me how to care for my new grout, and was very professional and amiable. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.

This is a very late review but have utilised the skills of Groutpro on 2 occasions now both with outstanding results. Both tile and grout clean along with silicon replacement we were very impressed with the results. Show reply

We had our grout cleaned, silicone replaced and grout lines colour sealed. The Mould Facts sheet sent o me afterwards states that "Generally, when mould is present in the silicone sealant, it is usually due to improper installation of the silicone",. the colour seal protecting your grout from 'stains' for 3 yrs, the grout in the shower that was colour sealed has been 'stained' and mouldy for a long time before the 3 yrs was up. A waste of money.

There were several issues with the quality of work, the work quoted was not carried out, damage done to our property by the worker, continual chasing of account to be paid in full even though what was quoted was not carried out and damage had still not been rectified. Very very disappointed in this company.
