I used the services of Tony for my pest control needs in Baulkham Hills. He did not rush the job, took his time and did a very thorough job. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to any pest activity. Overall very happy with the service.

Thorough and honest hard worker – Jyotiba Patil attended my home on a Saturday afternoon to treat a nest of carpenter ants on the front sill, they had bored in from outside, he also dosed a few ant nests and a redback nest. he checked the whole property and will be back in a month to spray the whole property Show reply

Damien immediately looked around and although he wanted to tell me what he was going to do, I told him that I didnt even want to hear what he was going to do because it scared me even talking about it. Damien carried through the works and sent me videos of what he was seeing which kept me up to date, When he left he locked up and contacted me and sent me a lovely message assuring me that everything was ok and not to fear . I feel so at ease now being in my home considering what I have seen the last couple of weeks, Having such a phobia of all things creepy crawly Damien was sensitive and caring and has reassured me that all is ok. technicians to perform the job. Rang me a few hours later to say still trying to find someone. The following day still hadn't heard so rang Melbourne Branch. Nobody picked up and message was if you want a return call leave your details, I waited for an operator to pick up but phone just hanged up. Rang back a few times and left messages. In the end I rang head office who picked up straight away and explained the situation but they saw my history. Head office said they will find somebody and call me back as well as that it will be $299 plus $50 for an odour bag despite the website stating $129. Operator said that's for a 1 bedroom apartment. 4.00pm still hadn't heard so rang Jim's pest control, 10 minutes later got a call and appointment was booked for 8am next morning. At 5.00 pm the competior company rang back and said very sorry cannot get a technician until a week's time. So would have to put up with the dead rat smell for another week. Jim's technician arrived, following morning as booked, removed dead rat and supplied an odour bag for $150. The moral of this story, use Jim's Pest Control.
Follow-up · The smell was a strong, putrid odour of decaying flesh. It was about 10 inches long. The technician did clean the area as he said, I'm not sure what that meant, but removal of the rat, cleaning of the area and odour free bag removed the smell within 24 hours. I am so grateful for Jim's given the original vendor I used to set rat bait could not follow up with removal willing to pay twice the fee of Jim's.

Follow-up · New barrier treatment explained clearly before installation of the latest technology to treat termits, also dog friendly and safe. Regular follow-ups booked, I could not have made a better decision.
I asked for a quote late on a Friday afternoon, and Jaison called me within 2 minutes to offer his services. I needed a flea treatment as part of ending a rental agreement, and he was able to fit me in very quickly. He arrived on time and was clearly competent. I would absolutely recommend him to others in the Bethania/Beenleigh area.
Follow-up · The cost was on par with other companies for the same treatment, and it was done within half an hour. I assume it worked, but honestly it is impossible to tell since we didn't actually have a pest or flea problem, and were just treating the property as a requirement of the lease termination.

Which I have evidence of the noise being turned off in the video as the rat rushed to the baits because of the smell until they got closer. The rats straight away stopped and turned away as it smelt the scent of [Name Removed], probably from him wiping his sweat from his brow and/ or other things as he had one set gloves he used for the job. I tried [Name Removed] bait for a whole week and more prior getting another Pest Coller in because [Name Removed] baits were not eaten and no results. It's been a good month now and evidence still shows that [Name Removed] baits still hasn't been eaten where the camera is.
I also purchased a smelling scent off him even though it looked like it's been used and opened from the seal (secondhand). I asked him about it and he confirmed that's how they all come, all opened and used. Funny enough, I got one off the other Pest Control company and it was sealed and clean not like the one [Name Removed] gave me.
I did also ask about the warranty as all other companies provide minimum three months warranty. The reason I got was "some rats might not go for the baits as they might prefer other food around the house etc." I was desperate and no one else was available at the time. When I gave [Name Removed] an honest review after clear evidence his baits have been contaminated, he said "I didn't think you where a person to give me a bad review." I let him know if his baits have been contaminated and wasn't willing to came back and try again than its not great customer service. It's evidence he just does his bare minimum and takes his money and goes. No invoice or receipt given either.
The other Pest Control company didn't just ask where the manholes to just install the bait stations where the manholes were (not direct path of rats). They go into the ceiling space to thoroughly check the rodent's paths and other entry paths, and checked [Name Removed] bait stations to see if any baits were eaten (none [Name Removed] baits were eaten). They also reinstalled [Name Removed] bait stations so they are in the rat's path and re- scented his bait stations except for one just to prove [Name Removed] contamination. They used different gloves to just touch the bait stations and installing them.
The sensitivity they took and the thoroughness compared to [Name Removed] was astonishing and the results are speaking for itself. They have come back two times to keep rebaiting and checking the paths of the rats, a total of three times, their baits including [Name Removed] re-scrented baits have been eaten and rats are dieing. That is the reason why I asked for a refund to [Name Removed] management but they are convinced the noise from the camera was a deterrent but I have evidence that it is off.
I have also left one of [Name Removed] station untouched to compare the results, which is evidence that the other Pest Control company are working including the rescented [Name Removed] baits, because of their professionalism compared to [Name Removed] one originally he installed which is not working. The other Pest Control company worked within one week for their baits to be eaten and [Name Removed] baits been over a month now (I gave [Name Removed] baits a good month to compare and prove the contamination) As proof below for videos with no sound alarm on camera on the 28/03/24 (date of [Name Removed] install of baits) and still a month late on the 30/03/24. These two are just only two of many.

better than his competition. He supervised his apprentice thoroughly. I have had termite issues in another house years ago, I have a pretty good handle on whats required. Kev did it all good and correct. We will have Kev back every year for a check up and adjust as required. There is alot of people out there who have the signs and what looks like good equipment, but actually have NO idea about their job. My experience with 4 pest control companies in the past, tells me that Kev is on his own with high standards and high quality work. We are very happy to reccomend Kev to everyone. We now have peace of mind. Why would anyone go to someone else for this work??

Robert did everything that he said he would do - including leaving baits - and explained everything including him coming back out if the problem continued. Not only did he perform this service, but also gave advice on what we could do to prevent this occurring in the future. He even offered some other treatments which we are looking at - without being at all 'pushy' trying to get us to commit to these. We found Robert to be and extremely friendly person who certainly knew what he was doing. He acted professionally during COVID-19 lock-downs, only coming into our house when necessary. He cleaned up all mess that was made which is unusual for trades people. They may not be the cheapest in the market - but I believe in paying for quality service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robert or Jims Pest Control should you have need for this service.

Arranged inspection for termites and was told the charge was $280 for inspection with treatment costing well over $3000. Thankfully the franchisee cancelled stating he was reluctant to do job because I questioned him wanting me to remove cladding and weatherboards (would have needed a builder to do this.) I am glad to have not gone ahead with using Jim’s Pest control. I have found a more efficient, effective and cost efficient provider with the right knowledge and equipment to perform the work

[Name Removed] I first met called me back after I called the office to ask about the gaurantee. Talk about a turn around, he was really mean and rude asked me are the spiders small and when I said yes he replied that this is fine because if they bite me it wont hurt me. He then told me he is too busy to come back for a couple of weeks but will let me know. Its well over a month later and I haven't heard anything. I just had it redone by another company and paid all over again. Do not go with this company.
