Excellent leather couch, soft feel and very inviting to sit on. The Phoenix brown leather was exactly as shown online. Finally, the delivery and unpacking service was excellent. My review is not of the store staff but of their return policy and the people who manage returns who cannot be understood. the original cost if the items have been used. And also delivery costs. In essence they want the product back and the customer to pay for more than 50% + $200.00 for the costs cited above. How misleading is their 21 day change of mind return policy?

We received the 4 stools in boxes on the saturday (11 April 2026). They were delivered unassembled. Stools can not be tried/used without assembling them. We assembled them and I sat on one of the stools less than 30min on the sunday (12 April 2026). I could not walk the next day due to massive back pain caused by the shape of the seat. The stools are basically useless for me.

My question is "How can the stools be in their original packaging and at the same time know that they cannot be used?" The policy is simply flawed and it does not help the customer. Be careful when buying from this company.

I found the staff at the Geelong store very helpful but the phone staff (who organise returns) frustrating as I could not understand them. They had the gall to say that the phone calls were recorded! Why? because I was becoming frustrated and I was raising my voice. I was given various excuses like " your email does not work" "Have to check with team members", "the stools need to be in their original condition" which I could not believe because I had the stools for 3 days only! I waited over 6 hours for an email which outlined all of those elements which are "hidden" elements and not listed on their web site.

I originally emailed the salesperson in Geelong (Tuesday 14 April) and when I did not hear from her I rang the store (Wednesday 15 April) where I was given the 1300.... number. The response from the sydney number was appalling. We have 4 stools which are basically useless to us but I refuse to pay this crowd anymore money for products which I had for 2 days and they can resell them as they are not damaged.

driver’s came, assembled the lounge and removed the rubbish and took it with him. The lounge is very comfortable and high quality. I have to say my total experience has been with no faults. Thoroughly satisfied. Will definitely purchase for lounge lovers again.

Despite our item being faulty, I had a great experience with lounge livers. We emailed over a year after our purchase that the item had broken and I was amazed at how well their customer service responded. The shipping date is not the date. I'm still waiting for my purchase. They keep changing delivery dates and my patience has worn thin. No respect for customers time and i still have no couch. Since theyve given me ample time to reconsider the purchase i've discovered i have buyers remorse. Might just refund it. standard single bed so my poor guests were left with their feet dangling off the end!! They also mentioned feeling the metal cross bars I believe are some anti sagging structures. Needless to say, a waste of money as not fit for purpose . May be ok for kids. Unfortunately I did not realise this within the 21 day return period :(

Great service. Was given notice via text and a call when 30 minutes away. The delivery guys were polite and friendly while still being efficient. Both guys washed hands after removing packaging before touching lounge. Set up the lounge and took away all packaging. Thankyou Jacqueline Show reply

Great service from Lounge Lovers. The products are lovely and delivery was fast overall. I ordered two lounges—one arrived very quickly, while the second had to come from interstate and took an extra two weeks. That said, I was happy with the communication and the end result, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a good experience and I’m very happy with the quality of the lounges. Show details ·  1
