very bad after sale service – I bought mobile phone S7 and doesn't receive calls and when I asked them for checkup or replace they just tried once and they said it's working ,when you ntry a phone you should make a proper check not just try once

2 months so the agreed on a refund after over 2 weeks of back and forth. So i contact mobileciti to get the refund and they are requesting to see screenshots of the emails from roadhound(how unprofessional) they keep saying that i can have store credit but refusing a refund. After posting them my rights they now say that i sent the watch to roadhound not them so because of that they dont owe me a refund. Stay away from these guys and buy somewhere reputable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Impossible to contact and didn't answer around 13 emails and many, many phone calls regarding a robot vacuum/mop with many MAJOR FAULTS within the warranty period (as per consumer law).
