Now you might think this is all normal for a business to do, but let me tell you, I have encountered online sellers who take days to get back to you and weeks to let you know if some items are out of stock. The speed of their responses to query is honestly quite impressive and that's all anyone can really ask for when shopping online - a responsive customer service operated by HUMAN and able to answer your query respectfully and quickly. I'll post an update once the items arrive. If they are exactly as shown in the pictures, we will be getting our lights exclusively from this place...and so should you!

with a modern LED replacement? After much searching I ended up on the ONLINE LIGHTING page. They had suitable LED lights that would fit in as replacements as well as the LED driver which is also needed for LED. But I wanted to be sure first so, I asked them some technical questions, checked the LED driver was correct and then ordered. The lights arrived and fit exactly as stated and the LED driver also worked 100%. I am very happy to use them again and I was very pleased that they took the time to answer my questions before ordering anything from them, especially since I live in Perth and they are in Sydney. I will use them again should I need LED lights or Halogen replacements with LED.

I had misplaced the remote for my fan. All I neede was the remote but had to buy the fan reciever as well. The remote paired with the existing fan immediately........no need for the reciever.

I'm glad to have the replacement 20W tricolour LED lights for my Brilliant Lighting 100 cm 5 blade ceiling fan. It's much better than having to replace the entire unit, and I'm grateful the option exists. screw holes properly. I was only able to put in 1 screw out of 3 as the other 2 holes don't line up well enough, and mounting tape was used instead. Thankfully the light unit is light enough no pun intended, so that's a minimal issue.

construction and quality. Stock of the colour and configuration I needed was quickly confirmed and arrangements to have them ready for me to collect or delivered within a few days promptly sorted. I opted to collect to coincide with timing for work being scheduled with a sparky. The lights are terrific as are the globes that the OnlineLighting guys helpfully suggested after we talked through their different recommendations. Pricing of the gear was very good and their range of products also very good.

Fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered incorrect bulb colour and before resending items they called to confirm they were correct. Will purchase from here again as pricing very good though postage is quite expensive.
