I had a great experience with Sundeep Singh at PAC and send Weatherall Park. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. I booked and paid to have a parcel delivered to Laverton with Pack&Send in April. They finally told me 6 weeks later that they lost it. Weeks later they finally send me an insurance claim form. I was told that the claim has been submitted to the insurance company. Today I found out indirectly it will take at least another 3 months for the claim… Read more

Their arrogance and incompetence is undeniable. Not at all interested in any form of customer support and God help you if you want answers. In the meantime, Im down over $300+ and no faith in them doing the right thing. Stay clear from this company. Stick to Australia Post next time where you can talk with real people without tge imported attitude of a 3rd class service

James also offered to go and look at the horse personally prior to its trip to help me with accurate pricing, which is going that bit further in customer service excellence. I returned a product from an online purchase. The address that was provided by the store was incomplete. I asked them to wait for me to get an updated address, after a few days they returned the product to my address without any previous contact and did not return the money paid for a delivery that was not made. I believe you can find other… Read more

outside my door, it’s been a nightmare to deal with them still trying to chase up paper work for a warranty claim even thou it’s all on video and clearly shows they ILLEGALLY Signed my name, I have video footage of incident, I have complaint to pack and send and was told investigation in progress and will be updated, that was 2 months ago. And also, recently had money deducted from my account without my consent which I challenged and won due to illegal withdrawal. I strongly advised not using pack and send. I HONESTLY CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ILLEGALLY SIGNED MY NAME AND DROPPED OFF MY PARCEL BROKEN.

Jenny was the ONLY person to step up and help. Nothing was too much trouble. No call went unanswered. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, considerate and above all else - an ambassador for Pack and Send. At all times, she reassured me that nothing was too much trouble, educated me on what Pack and Send could offer me in the future if I needed it and spoke with kindness and confidence in her colleagues at the other Pack and Send branches. It’s not often that I feel such confidence in using a company I have had such limited experience with, especially with the transportation of such sensitive material.
There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using Pack and Send for all my future courier needs, both personally and professionally. My only complaint is that I do not do more work out of Mackay, so I won’t get to speak to Jenny anywhere near as often as I would like.

would be safe to try again online as I didn't want to have to add another $55.79 to a refund request (I've been told the refund could take 3 days for the two jobs that were cancelled yesterday). He said the labels should print fairly soon after booking the job and that it would be safe. More than an hour later (and another phone call to Customer Support) and I still don't have the labels. Better to book directly with DHL - it may cost more but you can be certain it will be done efficiently and promptly. In addition the agent at the store advised that the courier might arrive and if the labels still haven't arrived I could be charged a 'futile' pickup charge - despite the fact that it is 1. pack and send who send the labels, and 2. pack and send who book the courier.

On Tuesday morning 12 August 2025, the staff kindly sent me a photo of my box, ready for pick up and shipment from Sydney to Auckland.
I was thrilled to know that my granddaughter’s box arrived safely and delivered to its destination at 11:12AM (Sydney time) today, Wednesday 13 August 2025, well in time for my granddaughter’s surprise.
A big thank you to Kate and the entire team for your professionalism, efficiency and warm service. I’m truly grateful and I look forward to being a returning customer many more times in the future,

Excellent experience with PACK & SEND Mascot. We left an item behind at Sydney Airport, and they quickly retrieved it from the Lost & Found area in Terminal 2 before arranging fast, safe delivery to Northern NSW. Two large parcel to be delivered to a Hobart address, asked for delayed delivery for two days to make sure someone is home, spend some time on the phone explaining and organizing the delivery delay, pack and send confirmed it was possible not problem there but then delivery took place on the original date as somehow they did not get the message,… Read more
so total lack of communication in the business and in addition the parcels got delivered to the wrong address when unit numbers are clearly marked on front door. The parcels required signature, but they left it outside the front door and took a picture instead. Now hoping the people where it got delivered to will give us our parcels back and they will be still in good unopened condition. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When you ring the office, they are not happy that you are not happy with them. Incompetent is one word that describes them all.

Was a bit lost on how to get some artworks sent from Sydney to Adelaide. A friend suggested Pack & Send, so I called and got onto Alex at their Marsfield location and I really got lucky as he knew what I needed and made the whole process very easy and well priced.
