Great Knowledge – Went in to pick up some filler (which no one else had) & ended up getting advice on spraying my balustrade. Will be going back to pick up the stuff I need. Daniel is very knowledgeable & helpful.

Excellent range of products and great to deal with – An order sent to PaintAccess was a little delayed due to stock and I was kept well informed of expected delivery. This was expedited quickly once item available. What I liked was the range of products available and rather than getting supplies at a well known paint outlet I'll deal with PaintAccess in future. I don't mind at all paying a premium for quality, although overall prices are reasonable, but quality is what you get. A great store!

''Not Happy Jan'' – i ordered a number of items with paint access online. on 29th january 2019 . here i am january 7th -2019 still waiting for my order. i ordered some other stuff from china the next day and it has arrived. i have emailed them no answer, i phoned them no answer i phoned them today 7th jan at 3.37pm no answer. .

Poor delivery – Ordered a Zippy Scaffold extension pack. Dispatched from Sydney and arrived in Melbourne where the chosen courier said it was too big to deliver to nominated address ! Although there were problems the with free delivery (review 20/1) the equipment is excellent and has been used constantly since without problems.

still haven't received my order – I ordered my paint equipment online over a week ago, on their website it said 1-2 days for metro areas. I have called up first a few days ago to ask what happened and they said it was sent the day before and I should get it either that afternoon or the next day at the latest, the odd thing was before I called the item status on their website said… Read more

unfulfilled and after I called it said fullfilled. Two days later I called up again to say it still hasn't arrived. They said it was sent in two parts as there was 5 different pieces and the second box was only just sent. I corrected the guy and said how can 2 airless paint hoses be 5 different pieces? He then said that he'll check the tracking number on the item which he said I should have but I never got it in any email. He then told me he'd call me back I gave him my phone number even though he didn't ask for it or ask to check that the number he has is correct. I waited 2 hours and called again. This time there was no answer. I have already lost 2 dsys of work because these items haven't arrived in the time they said they would on their website. Nothing yet bad customer service, guys working the phones don't know what they are doing and don't genuinely wanting to help with your issue.

Nordsjo products – Paintaccess seems to be the only place that I can purchase Nordsjo wood fillers. Their shop is not that close but by ordering on line and having it delivered solves the problem and the delivery cost is no more than the tolls I would be paying if I chose to drive to their shop. Show reply

Span n deck and cleaner – The website was comprehensive so it was easy to find the correct cleaner and oil for my deck. Few outlets stock Flood products in Wa, so I searched the Internet for suppliers, Paintaccess had everything I needed and even with the $29 freight the prices were competitive.
