Really happy with my purchase for my mum. Delivery was reasonable and the phone which I chose to be near new was in fact near new condition. I’ve only given the store 3 stars because they offer free shipping but didn’t use the correct parcel so I had to pay $8.75 to receive my parcel from the post office as they’d not only charged me the difference between the missing postage cost but also a penalty. Three phone calls (which ate just messages) have all gone unanswered. an issue. I’ve had to pay another person to fix their rubbish product because it is impossible to speak to somebody OR get any kind of email conversation happening with these people. My purchase had a battery that was not even secured inside the case and also had glass underneath it which meant it rubbed through the battery and shorted it out …so not only is their customer service terrible but their product is faulty and useless. Follow-up · The camera is amazing. Screen very bright. Great phone. Nice clean android interface. But the battery life is pretty rubbish. It improved a little with the adaptive battery getting used to my use of the phone but still I don't feel it's anything like an "as new" battery. I'm charging it twice a day to keep between 20-80%. And that's for minimal use. The days I've used it a lot it drops a percent every minute or two when in use.

I ordered an iPhone 14, and I’m delighted with it. The condition is beautiful, it came with a new box, screen protector, a case, charging cord and that little pin thingo. My only complaint is that it took more than a week to arrive. Overall, I’d certainly buy from Phonebot again.

The seller does not back their own warranty. They sell phones with poor quality parts which when broken - and they do break easily, means they do not provide warranty. This includes phone backings, screens and covers. We've been left in the position with two broken phones, both purchased from Phonebot, where they refused to provide warranty. This issue now needs to be escalated to Consumer Affairs. Do not buy from this seller.

I have ask them to return the buds as Google has offered to check the buds. Failure to do so will result in a a dispute via Fair Trade.

Very satisfied customer. Item was as advertised - 'as new" condition, no scratches or wear marks. Communication was good. There was a small issue with shipping delay however on following up via phone call the issue was rectified very quickly and satisfactorily with express post delivery.
