Not good. I went in to have a new hard drive replaced and asked all my files are accessable from the previous drivers and yet No this didnt happen and files sit there without the linbk to access them. I bought a customized gaming PC, it was build in a timely manner without any issues. The last 3 PC's i have owned I purchased from PLE and never had a single issue. I worked in IT for a long time, and I can build my own PC but i cannot be bothered and PLE does such a good job I get great value out of them doing it for me. i got the PURE BASE 501 Airflow Mid Tower Case it was tough to get motherboard into case & found others also had this issue, i had to grab a friend to help out but got there in the end and in love with it, loved the speed of arrival came very quickly & good prices

The guy, forgot his name, Was Very helpful! and respectful explaining the pros and cons and navigating between components for the cpu and gpu and their differences. Excellent cooler for price range. Used for a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and never seen the chip go above 85c when under maximum sustained load. Ordered online and was delivered within a couple of days. Recommend this cooler. Show details

over the phone, but sent me no receipt, just an order confirmation number, and no Express mail notification indicating it had been sent in the following days. Express APO mail is usually 3 days at most. I waited a few more days with a weekend in between and contacted them again by phone. The money had already been taken out of my account, but after a week of no further communication and still no cards, I was concerned. They checked on my order and said it was still at the warehouse after a week-I paid for Express, but they didn't action the order as an Express order. I got the gift cards after 2 weeks. Not Express at all. While the staff on the phone were very nice and helpful, the actual website was rubbish-makes promises and couldn't deliver-literally, and the store, though the staff were nice, the warehouse didn't process for a week and again, didn't take action on the order as an Express item to send it quickly. Come on guys, you can do better.

the build took a bit longer than expected due to parts availability at the time, everything eventually came together neatly.
The staff at PLE Bentley were helpful throughout the process. When I mentioned that I was returning to PC after decades on macOS, they were happy to assist with the transition. My questions — even the more basic ones about using Windows — were answered promptly and without judgement, which I appreciated.
Overall, the hardware quality was solid — mostly. One of my peripherals, a soundbar, failed quite dramatically one day (it literally went up in smoke), but the warranty process through PLE was straightforward and handled well.
However, I did experience an issue with my Gigabyte M32U monitor, purchased as part of my setup. In 2024, the right built-in speaker began intermittently cutting out. I brought the monitor in for testing, and PLE confirmed the issue before sending it off to Gigabyte. I was offered a replacement monitor during this time, which I declined as I had another monitor available.
About a month later, I was told Gigabyte couldn’t replicate the issue and returned the monitor as-is. Unfortunately, the problem still occurs in normal use. While a video was provided by Gigabyte, showing the speakers working at full volume, the issue tends to appear at lower, more typical listening levels.
I still have around six months of warranty remaining, but I’m weighing up whether to pursue it again due to the time and inconvenience involved, rather than a lack of support from PLE. The idea of repacking the monitor and potentially waiting another month just to be told there’s “no fault found” again isn’t particularly appealing.
I also had a baffling experience about two years ago with an online order paid via bank deposit. After purchasing, I received an email stating “order is now ready for collection at your earliest convenience”, complete with a QR code for pickup. When I arrived in store, I was told the email only meant the product was available in-store, not that it was actually ready for collection, as the bank transfer hadn’t cleared yet. This wasn’t communicated clearly, and the staff member I spoke to at the time was unexpectedly defensive when I asked why the email instructed me to come collect. I ended up waiting a few days and returning later to collect the order without any follow-up confirmation.
That incident aside, and despite the unresolved monitor speaker issue, my overall experience with PLE over the years has been largely positive. Staff have generally been helpful and knowledgeable, purchases have been reliable, and warranty support has been reasonable overall, even if not perfect in every case.
I would still shop with PLE again and feel comfortable recommending them, with the caveat that warranty outcomes can sometimes depend heavily on the manufacturer involved.

I went to PLE Computers in Bentley, and found their service excellent. I would like to thank them for their help! Their service was carried out promptly. My wife’s computer needed to be renewed. Being on the Australian Age pension, we needed to be careful how much we could afford to spend on a new home office computer. The person who served me, negotiated an affordable price on a new computer. The service I received was excellent, Our computers are up and running. There was a teething problem with Microsoft Office 21, which PLE managed sort out free of charge. Thankyou Guys

I bought the MSI GeForce RTX 5090 Suprim SOC on February 6th and had trouble getting Paypal to work while trying to buy on the PC despite troubleshooting the issue. I contacted the store with stock and got a reply soon to help me out with the payment issue, providing me a link I could use on my phone instead and it worked. The card was sent the next day as mentioned. I'm happy with this beast of a card!
