Jarrod came out to our home in Melbourne and did an outstanding job fixing a scrape and dent on the front of my car. He explained the work, carried it out and cleaned up and was very friendly. The result is brilliant - back to its perfect state.

I have just had Indunil repair 3 alloy wheels. He did an excellent job particularly on one very badly damaged wheel. Very prompt to arrive and worked quickly with amazing results.

The team also touched up tiny paint chips and corrections needed here and there as well as supplying a small container of touch up paint in case of emergency. Very poor finishing on one out of the Four wheels, sanding marks visible thru the paint work. Question them on this and this was the response i got back... "we’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations" And of course no solution offered! :( Take your $ and time elsewhere....

Terrible repair service in Melbourne Victoria would not recommend. Look what we are left with. Mismatched colours owner of business wanted a third attempt to rectify, I would not get this mob to paint my front fence!

obvious the paint didn’t match the original colour at all.

I contacted the company and sent photos, and they agreed to send another technician. They sent another technician on 10/12/2025, along with technician M. The new technician used a computer to match the paint, showed technician M, and left. Technician M spent hours trying to match the paint and still couldn’t get the colour right. He said they’d involve a paint specialist. The company later informed me they had found the right paint and booked another repair for 9/01/2026. Technician M returned that day and assured me they had finally found the correct colour. After a few hours of work, he said the job was done—but the paint still doesn’t match. It’s immediately noticeable and nowhere near the original finish.

After multiple visits, repeated assurances, and weeks of inconvenience, the issue remains unresolved. I expected a professional repair for the price I paid, but instead I’m left with a visibly mismatched panel on a new car. This is unacceptable. I would not trust them with my car again. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Quality workmanship and communication – Lodged my quote request at 4.55pm on a Friday and 20 mins later had a quote for refurbishment of 4 curb damaged wheels on a 2011 Commodore. advice the work would be carried out the following Tuesday and a 2 hour window of when the technician could be expected. So far so good - expectations exceeded.

Technician Bree arrived slightly late but she did phone me within the provided time window to let me know that she was running behind - big tick there. Once onsite, Bree inspected the damage and outlined her plan to make the repairs. I have used Pro Auto Repairs before and the quality of repair has always been high, but the level of care, extra time taken on fiddly repairs and the skills of the paint technique used on this particular job was outstanding.

Shout out to Bree for caring about your customers satisfaction and taking personal pride in the work even though you were working on a 14 year old Commodore's wheels and not some high end newer vehicle. You are a credit to yourself and no doubt an asset to your company by making sure the job is done right first time.

All in all another positive Pro Auto Repairs experience and if you are lucky enough to get Bree as your wheel repair technician, you will not be disappointed.

on how to achieve the best possible result. It was a big job but Steve is the human CNC machine. He look my wheels to the next level. They still retain that diamond cut factory type look and are gleaming absolutely new again. I am so happy that I trusted pro auto and I am even more fortunate that Steve was so focussed on getting the best possible result and believed in the work he was doing and making the customer happy. He is a truly skilled professional who is doing the pro auto team proud.

I was happy with the entire process from booking to payment.

Cannot recommend them enough and would use the service again. Considering how high Steve's standard was I am considering using pro auto for ceramic coating and other services in the future.
