the hard part started, which was how to pickup another regional property. Throughout the first purchase and working on our second, Vaughan did many, many hours of calls, joint strategising and ideas, and research. Vaughan exhaustively researched lenders, and it now looks like Firstmac will be able to loan money for a few more regional properties.

I really, really valued and appreciated working with Vaughan. I have worked with multiple brokers before.

And finally, for anyone who used Reduce years ago, they now have access to the same major lenders as well as third tier lenders. Things move very fast now compared to the past, and the large lender pool allows much more flexibility for unique circumstances like ours.

This has been a great experience, and I will be continuing to use Reduce in the future. No complaints at all. And they were extremely patient with delays on my end in completing paperwork, and helped keep me on track. Thank you.

throughout this process and kept us appraised of how things were tracking. The funding bank Heritage Bank have been very disappointing as a service provider but Kurt did everything in his power to try and help us in dealing with them. I have refinanced multiple times as I worked in finance and his service was by far the best I have experienced. Once our build is complete we will likely do another refinance to move away from Heritage and would definitely go back to Kurt again. Don't often write reviews but as someone working in finance in a large construction company, I would have high standards and Kurt consistently surpassed these and was so amazingly professional and helpful throughout and he deserves to be recognised.

Brilliant Basics – Approached 2 independent brokers, and 2 big guns (Aussie & Loans.com.au) all at the same time. Lots of promises and selling, but took ages to respond, and after requesting numerous documents during “application stage”, could not get any or regular updates. Crickets! Only difference was that he delivered. ALWAYS did what he said he would. When it wasn’t done as he committed (out of his control) still took FULL accountability and kept me updated. Even when he was sick, he still msg’ed with update.

There were 2 moments that resonated;

* When I asked him to make sure he gets his commission, he told me “not to worry about that and let’s focus on pushing your loan through to formal approval”. He only spoke about it after our loan was fully approved. * He saw a chance to secure a lower rate for me, and hounded the crap out of his BDM to get it. Even though his commission would be less, and I could have been none the wiser.

I’ve RF’ed around 6 times, by far the best operator - takes accountability being the main contact, and does the basics, brilliantly. Cannot recommend highly enough. 15mins is the least I can do to “Thank you” for such a stellar job, Ben / Reduced.

Stay away from this lender pls – I had pretty bad experience with them. I applied for refinance after Dane Binckes from their team calling me multiple times to convince that it's a good idea. weeks. Now I'm completely in dark as to what's happening with my application. I was promised the whole process will not take more than 2 weeks, now its been about 2 months and I have no idea. I'd stay away from them

Delays, delays, delays and then hidden costs… – Our journey with Reduce hasn’t been easy. From every step in the application last year with Gary Stimpson, it was a slooooowwwww process and very frustrating. Took three months to move a mortgage, three months to do an extension and we have just been advised today of a 0.1% rate reduction from a requested rate review back at the start of May. calls and many emails with promises not kept. That, and we did a small increase, which they then came back months later and had set it up wrong, needed my approval to have a portion split out retrospectively and then wouldnt waive any early payment figures on a seperate loan if paid out early, something they created it seems as it was never a part of discussion and signing. Crazy delays in the end and if you are after a speedy approval, look elsewhere and stear clear of Gary.
