Pleasant surprise after reading some reviews – I ordered before checking the online reviews. Was very worried. Boox Note Air. Communication wasn’t super timely but they did respond. Device was delivered within 3 weeks and perfect. Could do better to manage expectations upfront but I have zero complaints now. Very happy and would do it again. Recommended, and have to my work colleagues.

was saying French Post and not AusPost. I received no response. After three days I called them and left a voice message asking for clarification. No response. After another four days I then sent them a final response asking for either my product, a refund or clarification of shipping date. No response. I advised them I would be writing a negative review if this wasn't finalised. They still chose no response over this. Very disappointed as the first purchase I made was quick and delivered almost on time. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you want to risk paying for something that you never get. Now the joy of chasing getting my money back.

to commute sweat-free at a speed of about 23kmph. The 3-speed nexus internal hub has enough range for me to cruise around slowly and also build a decent sweat averaging just under ~30kmph with the motor switched off. The motor has a range of just under ~40km with little pedalling to assist it (I ride very flat terrain with two small bridge climbs).

The compact wheelbase makes it easy to take on and off the train and even ride along the footpath at walking pace without getting in people's way (much less cumbersome than walking a regular size bike). Surprisingly versatile size, i'm only about 160cm and find it very comfortable, yet friends about 175cm tall who have ridden say that its pretty comfortable zipping about town.

Folds quickly by just lowering the seatpost and folding the handlebar post. Fits laterally into the boot of my Nissan X-trail (thus not requiring to fold the back seats down) with plenty of boot space to spare. Also able to fold it in half at the pivot to make it more compact, however this requires removal of the seatpost (few seconds more timely) and in this state it great for storage but not easy for maneuvering.

Only concern with the bike is that it is hard to secure/lock up because the bicycle seat can easily be removed with the quick releases and therefore also allows the battery to also be removed. The seatpost and battery are unique to the bike and not easily replaceable. Therefore, I have to resort to taking both seat and battery with me each time I lock up the bike (which sticks out of my bag). To address this issue, I intend on changing one of the quick release latches to one that requires a key to unlock it.

The bike had recently developed issue where the motor would started intermittently cut out. Contacting Roboguy, I was given assistance which ultimately led to having to arrange for the bike to be picked up for repair by RoboGuy. Bike was returned in working condition in under two weeks. Since its return, I have done about 20km without a hiccough.

Such a great bike that I bought one for a friend overseas and have considered getting the Xiaomi E-Scooter as well but I currently do not have a need for it as the bike does the job plenty well! Highly recommend getting one of these units and/or dealing with RoboGuy.

everywhere. The very gentle mopping leaves the floor feeling great in bare feet. Really intelligent robotic cleaning pattern - maps your whole house. Communication from the RoboGuy team was excellent, although it took 3-4 weeks for the vacuum to get to us in New Zealand. They provided the correct plug for charging here, and the vacuum arrived speaking English. The app and manual were also in English. We had to pay an extra $170 in taxes and customs charges to get the vacuum, but otherwise can't recommend the whole experience enough. This robotic vacuum / mop has changed our lives - keeping our floor clean is now so easy and fun!

deal with compared to many other companies I've dealt with in the past. Their communication skills are excellent and all emails were responded within a timely manner.

I made my purchase for the Xiaomi Robot Friday night and it was delivered to my door the next day Saturday lunch time. They have their own local couriers that deliver if you are within the local delivery zone. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend company to deal with. They also carry spare parts and I've been assured that if I ever have any issues with my Xiaomi Robot I wouldn't have any issues getting assistance and replacement parts (brush heads etc-)

If you are in the market for a Robot Vac, look No further than the Xiaomi. The future is here with this small piece of technology. Highly recommend and after reviewing many robot vacs on the market, this one tops all of them. The smartphone app that works with it is amazing. It maps out your house, shows exactly where it's been and how much it's cleaned. I'm amazed how good it is. Setup was a little tricky at the start as you had to do an firmware upgrade before you could change the language to English but once setup, everything else was a breeze.

Excellent customer service even though pandemic delayed the product – I ordered a Onyx Boox Max 3, large e-ink tablet, to deal with an eye condition. Unfortunately, the shipment etc was delayed due to the pandemic but they kept me very up to date throughout, including phone calls. When it did shipped, they upgraded to express post and it arrived from HK in like 48 hours. Very impressed through difficult times.

Order has not arrived so far after 2 weeks – After two weeks and chasing up multiple times, the below response has been received. Was also part of the OzBargain Group Buy. Was kept in the loop about the delays – Did my bit to support a new seller getting a group buy up and running. Having imported for a business before, was totally aware of the hiccups that can occur when dealing with Asian suppliers, so wasn't surprised when things got delayed. The Robo vac is brilliant. The app can work from anywhere and it's not unusual to set it running from work and come home to a shiny clean floor.

Great support and customer service – Bought a Mi Band 2 and it arrived within a handful of days. The Mi Band battery only lasted 2 days but it took me about a month of tinkering with the settings to figure out it wasn't me but the product. Support was very helpful and ended up replacing it for me with no fuss. In fact, I actually put in a repeat order because the Mi Band 2 I ordered from Gear Best, while $10 cheaper took 2 months to arrive and didn't make it under my Xmas tree.  Show reply

Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner is great – Order arrived quickly and is exactly as described. Works great and even came with the Australian electric cord. Did arrive eventually – As many have said it did take a long time to deliver, but now that it is here it is working just fine, at all times we were advised of the delays, I expect all those that put in paypal claims don't buy online too often, I am recommending him to my friends, just make sure the stock is on his shelf before you buy, I would also not be using Fastway transport especially to WA as it took 3 weeks to be delivered from the east.  Show reply

buyers updated and when unable to take a call returned the call as quickly as possible. I could not fault the politeness and willingness to offer information from the sellers. I honestly believe this seller was attempting to do the right thing throughout but was foiled by circumstances beyond their control at every turn. Seeing the item now selling for $50 less than we paid in good faith on their website is not very encouraging for future dealings though.

Come through in the end – It was a long wait. All the excuses and what i thought were lies may well have been true. In the end he come through with the goods and what a product at an amazing price. The vacuum is worth 5 stars but unfortunately the delay put the fear of scam in me so ive had to take 1 off. Once roboguy can get stock i believe it will improve.

Worst ever seller – Got a Fastway tracking number on Wednesday but site says item not scanned. That's it I am making a paypal and credit card claim. Avoid at all cost.

Zero Star Rating - Awful – Ordered vacuum in Early June, as Mother's Day special, and it's now early August and it still hasn't arrived. Finally got a tracking reference, but the number didn't actually work on the website. Awful experience. Would never buy from this website ever again.

Ordered on 10/5/2017 still haven't received 22/7/17 – Purchased a xiaomi robot vacuum on 10/5/2017 still haven't received 22/7/17. Ended up getting a refund back through PayPal on 22/7/17. Very poor service. I just wanted a vacuum in a reasonable time frame.

Scam artist – Absolute scammer, ordered a vacuum on 9/5 and still haven't received item. He keeps providing false information to PayPal which prolongs my claim. Keep away if you value your hard earned money.

No good! – Delay after delay, eventually got a refund from my credit card company through a charge back. If you like an item that Roboguy is selling buy it elsewhere if you want to receive it in a timely manner.

Can I give 0 star? – One of worst shopping experience with this kid. Totally no control of his supply chain and no experience dealing with Chinese business people and try to sell MI product. Its a joke and stay away from RoboGuy, otherwise Rob-u-guys....

a complete scammer – I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Robot vacuum cleaner mid-end May 2017 with an estimated delivery of 30 days. After 30 days the seller informs that there was a problem with supplier and that the product would be delayed, followed by additional messages informing of further delays. Now nearly 2 months since purchase of the vacuum without delivery and seller refuses to refund and provides false tracking to dodge a paypal claim.

Poor Customer Service – Delays, lies and refusal to refund my money when a group buy was delayed by months by this guy as he tried to cover up his mistakes. Customer service non existent. Would never buy from this guy again.

Item Never Arrived - Avoid! – Purchased a Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum cleaner. After 2-months item never arrived and seller not communicating. Seller takes money and disappeared... PayPal claim is taking long time, to add to frustration! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Less than a star – I bought a robo cleaner as pat of group deal and after 2 months, my questions were ignored as well as paypal's. Eventually pulled out by Paypal as they did refund. A sum of $430 was on his wallet for two months, sure he might have had more than 250 orders money on his pocket for more than two months. Good luck for others as they might or might not see their product. Even if they receive it, good luck on warranty claims. Avoid at all cost.

Had to raise a dispute and claim with PayPal to get money back. Thankfully got my money back from PayPal.

Found out later that the product can be bought for cheaper from far more reliable sellers and got it delivered within 4 days!

Not to be trusted with your money – Same experience as other people who jumped on the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum cleaner. The seller conducts illegal business practices that breach Australian Consumer Law. Holds customer's money at ransom and refuses to refund despite ongoing delays with securing stock. I could only get my money back after more than 2 months of waiting via PayPal dispute.
