everything was not lined up, from the buckle to the studs and buttons, then when i went to get an exchange for the item they charged me $30 plus because ''it wasnt their fault'' just to send the item back or else i wouldnt get an exchange (mind you it cost me $4.50 to send the exact item back and took 2 days, but they charged me $30+ for the return slip)..... these people are rip offs, i still havent gotten my new item and its been over 10 days, do not buy from these scammers, they claim all australian hand made but they are lying! you can get better quality from temu. and probably better customer service too.. ill link photos now, essentially had to pay $300 for a $50 collar and lead.. i even went to a local saddlery shop and they said this trash wasnt even worth $50.... thats a 50 year old leatherworker expert tell me this stuff isnt even worth $50... and i paid nearly $300 for it... terrible company.

Faulty product with broken buckle! Took 2 emails and over 1 month for them to respond, haven't heard back from them since - no resolution. Shop elsewhere very scammy and poor quality
Avoid. The money back means you will get a credit after sending back the products at your cost. total I paid for the wrong products sent to me 115$, 25$ shipping and 25$ shipping back only to have to pay 25$ shipping for the new products. So goodbye 75$ absolute rought! Don't waste your money on false ads saying this place is okay
We bought the Easy Fit dog harness and within 2 weeks the clip had snapped, I tried to return it but as it was on sale (not clearance) I was unable to. This is not acceptable as far as I'm concerned.

Bought a SupaTuff Slim fit harness- black for my Staffy and within one month the harness started to break down with the eyelits disappearing into the webbing of the harness. Disgusting service. I complained and received a superficial apology with comment that if it got worse, to get hold of them again using same email chain. I did this 2 months later. 5 emails and 2 phone calls later, I sent a glaring pointed email and was contacted by the Managing Director- [Name Removed]. He told me it was my dogs fault, poorly chosen product, misuse, my dogs excessive pulling and behavior, and turned the whole thing into our fault and as 'a favour' in 'doing the right thing ' offered me to purchase another harness at cost, saying that we needed the next type up for my dog. Even though his website displays dogs a lot bigger than mine wearing the same harness. I advised that I didn't want that and gave 3 options to correct the issue- 1. Fix without burning, 2. Replacement, 3. I'd pay the difference for the next type up. Their solution, send it back to be burnt. Absolute muppets and completely unprofessional. Look at the reviews placed on this business, so many bad reviews and interactions with customers. Terrible customer service, absolutely rigged website with only good reviews (bar 2) Listed. Google reviews turned off. Dishonest company, poor management, absolute deflective dishonest Managing Director who implies that their product is the best in the world that is used by experts in the hardest environments and the issues are all because of my bad behaved dog. Those that know Staffys, you know the truth about these dogs. He's the sweetest most kind natured dog who loves to stroll on walks and introduce himself to everyone along the way. He loves people and just wants to give everyone a cuddle and kiss, especially females and children. Don't buy anything from Rouge Royalty, it may be ok but if it's not you'll be on your own and probably asked to spend more because it's all YOUR fault!

customer service, they claimed the chain must have been “fitted incorrectly” and refused a refund or replacement — instead offering a discount on a new one. However, the break clearly occurred at a manufacturing weak point (not due to tension, misuse, or orientation). I also provided photo evidence showing a clean break at the link weld.
I expected better quality and accountability from a brand marketing itself as premium and heavy-duty. The product was not fit for purpose, and their refusal to stand behind it was disappointing.
If you’re looking for genuinely durable gear for strong dogs, I’d suggest exploring other brands with stronger materials and more responsive support.

Brilliant products and great design however the girl at the counter was not interested in helping us. She wasn’t helpful, wouldn’t help us fit the harness on the dog, didn’t ask any questions and left a very bitter impression. The company should have put someone in they shop who loves dogs and helping people find the right product for their pooch. offer 7 days on exchange or refund and I opened up my parcel on the 7th day - emailed to exchange for a smaller size and ZERO response. Have since followed up on those emails and still ignored.
Such a shame for a small business as had they communicated in any way, they would have had a customer for the rest of my pups life as the quality of collar itself looks good.

Tuff," I expected it to handle daily wear much better.
Another issue is the supposed "lifetime guarantee," which sounds reassuring but ultimately feels like an empty promise. The guarantee is technically "at the owner’s discretion," which, in my experience, means it’s rarely honored. When I reached out to customer service about the fraying, I was met with vague responses that didn’t lead to any real assistance or replacement offer. For the price and branding, I expected much better durability and customer support.
Scammer – Dealt with this company in Australia when I bought a collar for my dog. They can’t be trusted. Never received my order and no communication back from them.

Wrong size chart – Hi I ve just bought a SUPATUFF® STRONG DOG COLLAR CAMO (WIDE FIT). Unfortunately this brand has a big problem with size chart. The collar is much bigger that it is specified.
