Extremely Disappointed - NO Customer Service – Rosegal shipped via Canada Post on the same date, November 15, 2024. Rosegal was aware of the strike at the point they shipped. I was promised a delivery date between November 29, 2024 and December 13, 2024. The package never arrived. I requested a refund on December 14, 2024. They asked me to wait a week. I waited. requested to be refunded. It was at this point I checked the tracking info. The package was returned to Rosegal November 30, 2024...a full two weeks before I first requested a refund. They ignored all my requests for refund. They then resent the package, on Decmber 20, 2024, with the knowledge that I didn't want it any longer, and would not be able to use it for it's intended purchase, and that I wouldn't be available to receive it. They then omitted all the logistics and misrepresented the order to Paypal.

was not my fault and your incorrect sizing chart why should I have to pay the return shipping. After about 10 emails back and forth I just kept on getting the same automated response saying the same thing, so I gave up, I spent over $120 and they have agreed to refund me $25US, I will never order from them again, customer service does not exist as everyone just gets automated responses.....stay away they are frauds who send you the wrong items and expect you to pay for it and offer no resolution to any problems that arise.

Refused to refund – Do not buy from this company. They do not accept returns at all. They try to get you to keep the unwanted item by offering a discount. They refuse to give return address. They ignore your emails when you ask for frefund. The item was awful. Show details
Customer service – I have brought hundreds of dollars wirth of clothes from rosegal and recommend them to everyone, which saddly ill never do again. Thry have the worst customer aervice it is impossible to return anything or even discuss returning anything, plus when they cant honour their orders of clothes they clearly say are in stock, they ripped me off instead of returning my money or giving me goods in return. Wrong items – I purchased 4 dresses upon receiving the item description was different from I received very poor quality and cheaply made supposedly it was sheers fabrics but it turn out satin and heavy materials the worst part they delivered two wrong dress. Love the cothes and Iove the price! – I did not know what I wanted when I went there, I was window shopping. I found so many clothes that I personally wear. It was hard to pick just a few. I am very happy with the clothes I bought. Minus an extra string or two sticking out, which happens on all new clothes. You just clip or burn it off and perfection. Show details

trying to return the product for refund breaches Australian consumer Law and they wanted me to pay for postage to an international site instead of returning to the sender address. They also want to keep postage and insurance from the refund and offering 20% of the purchase price or donate the clothing. Why would I pay anything for their poor quality control?
I sent the items to the sender address and they advised it is against their policy so I disputed the whole transaction with my credit card via the bank some time ago and have managed to attain a full refund via that avenue. This was the first and last purchase from Rosegal, Believe the reviews and save yourself the pain - Do not buy from here!
Don't both - quality is awful – I purchased two tops and one dress - none of which were wearable. All were cheaply made, polyester clothing that didn't fit. Trying to get a return is a lot of work - be aware they only partially refund and you have to pay for return shipping, so your 'cheap' online bargain may end up costing you more than you bargained for. Too good to be true?? – Spent a longtime ordering, reading size guides which are different for every outfit and contending with items then being sold out to finally choosing some items, begin checking out and find out that all prices are in USD. TAKING MY $50 odd dollar order to$80 something. Awaiting someone to contact me and see what can be done.
