message leaving an email address they did not respond to. I emailed them every day. I contacted their web store on eBay (FUTU - same company). A week after I ordered they emailed me to tell me the card was out of stock. 4 days later I still have not received a refund.
I have had successful purchases from them in 2023 and earlier. It was slow but I got the items. These guys obviously work off tiny margins, but you pay for it in time and hassle. If this is their sales department, imagine what their warranty support would be like. If you have time on your hands and are prepared to be out of pocket for weeks if they don’t have something in stock, then this is the store for you.

debit card which did not seem fair. Still the price was cheaper than elsewhere so I continued. Once again I had an issue with the PO box being in my address lines, after a message to the company this was quickly remedied. However the article was still not shipped 4 days later and after another message to inquire why this was not shipped I received an email stating that promised shipments from the supplier could not be fulfilled and a refund would be the best result. Paid $7500 for 3 business PCs & monitors. on 30th June 2025. Order numbers were given however absolutely no delivery details supplied. The phone number on their web page is not answered and they have not replied to email Enquiries. So so disappointing! I have used this company in The past and they we excellent. This business is an outright scam and I suggest avoiding at all costs. They will gladly accept your money but will be non existent if anything to do with a warranty comes into play. No idea how this business is still alive with how terrible it's service is and don't let the cheaper prices fool you, the loss of time and terrible service is never worth it.

$100. They sometimes give "credit vouchers" but they can only be used on full price (usually over-priced) items. A couple of years ago I would have given them a good rating but today I would not recommend them at all. They lost my business.

processed on the Monday. Monday came, nothing. Tuesday and Wednesday, still nothing. So I emailed them again and waited til Friday. Still nothing. So I put a refund request in through PayPal with screenshots of the emails. They processed the refund for me just today. Shopping express do not answer their phones anymore, and seems if you need a refund or warranty stuff, they don’t care. They need to either shut their doors or stop stuffing their customers around! That’s the only way they can improve. But seems by other reviews, they just don’t care.

Happy to sell you something but if you have a problem with that item, good luck getting support – I purchased G Skill ram (lifetime warranty) from this business 3 years ago, and now the ram has become faulty. If something goes wrong, forget getting any support – I wish I had come to this site before buying from this company. They simply don't bother with support. They do not answer the phone and if they bother answering a request for support, they'll then tell you it'll be up to 48 hours before they reply again. The laptop I bought from them is DOA. It's unbelievable to me that a firm wouldn't want to fix this straight away. But even getting them to talk to you is close to impossible. AVOID. Show details
They are selling all fauty products and provide the worst after sale service – I have been dealing with the Shopping Express support team and had a terrible experience as they don’t know how to communicate or respond to my request. every single day with no hope to receive any response from them within 2 weeks. After I emailed them that I was about to lodge a complaint with ACCC, they finally replied my email and asked for 24-48 hours and I will see if this hassle continues I will definitely go ahead for legal action. If you consider to build your computer and want to avoid anything like this for after sale service, I would recommend you stay away from these guys. They even don’t have a legit phone number that you could contact for any issue. Their email is definitely an excuse for them to walk away after selling all faulty products. I had a faulty motherboard from them as well but I did contact the manufacturer directly to get it sorted out. Just remember STAY AWAY FROM SHOPPING EXPRESS or you will lose your money for nothing.

Don't bother trying to return anything! – Purchased new motherboard, Gen 13 processor and ram kit for 1k. I have asked formally for a contact person and address so that I might escalate and also lodge a formal complaint with Fair Trading, still nothing from them.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company as they are not worth the effort.
I will keep fighting and have since purchased another MB from another company and guess what, it all works well.

Update 1. After a few more emails, I have been givin the contact "James" as others have, and MB has been sent to manufacturer for testing. This is the MB they supplied and I sent back straight away as it did not work. I have now lodged a claim with Fair Trading and PayPal as no refund, no communication and no interest from "James" or Shopping Express.
Update 2. Wow, received an email with no apology, no further information, just confirmation that a refund had been issued after 20 days. Just avoid the hastle and buy elsewhere, I know I will from now on.

Their supposed "management" team are completely inept at understanding escalation processes and have absolutely no idea when it comes to refunds. After over 2 weeks of receiving a faulty i9 12900K CPU, a premium product for which $800 was paid, the company has given me no indication as to when I can expect my refund. The dead on arrival CPU was not my fault, and the company has now held my money despite confirmation from Intel that they will be receiving a brand new replacement. When I advised that I would prefer my money back, a refund request was lodged, and I have since been chasing this up every single day. Meanwhile, Shopping Express/ggtech Good Games Pavilion on eBay have had my money, as well as the further $800 of confirmed product heading their way, and have known this for over a week.
The process has been extremely slow, and extremely frustrating. When a consumer buys a high end product, they expect a much better customer experience than this when the product is faulty. After over 2 weeks, I am still without a CPU, or my money. This is absolutely ridiculous given I live in the same city as the business itself, and given the nature of the product involved. After multiple weeks of following them up and chasing a solution, to still be left without any recompense - has forced my hand to leave this review, and I do expect a full refund of the money I paid to this dodgy enterprise. Will never, ever be purchasing a product from them again after this experience, and until their so-called management team learns how to treat critical matters with a sense of urgency, neither should anyone else.
Update: I received a response from their team confirming that they refund would "100%" be processed today for my purchase I have followed up with them 3 times and it is now less than two hours until they close - and I haven't heard a word. Not so much as a reply saying that they remember their promise from Friday just 3 days ago and are in the middle of processing the refund. Their communication is lacklustre at best, and they even had the audacity to request I remove my review once the funds hit my account - despite the complete lack of urgency they've shown in this matter. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra few dollars somewhere else where the customer experience is actually worth it if things go wrong.
DOA item - replaced with a used item and it is also dead – I ordered a CPU + Motherboard combo. I installed it and it was not drawing any power. After finally getting support to send me a shipping label, I sent it off. They sent back a "new" board and the old cpu. Except the board was definitely not new and had scratches on it among other signs of use. The board is also DOA from what I can see.
No after sales service don't risk it – I suggest no one buy anything from Shopping Express. If you ever have to return something that is faulty you will lose your money as there is no after sales support. If you have to return faulty items even within 7 days or they are DOA they will not refund you. Show details

Australian stock or grey import, will they deliver on time.
However for my surprised James T replied the stock was brand new and Australian stock and he dispatch the stock on the same day and got it delivered next day , it was friday afternoon in Sydney. The Printer was brand new in stock with sealed box and i checked the label, it was delivered to HP AUstralia, plus i confirmed by enter the serial no in HP site, it was AUstralian site.
I email their customer service for set up the printer too and James T was very helpful.

a half-arsed response that addresses 1/3 of your questions. That tells me they are not even reading the support tickets thouroughly.
I will never purchase from these guys again. This was my 4th large ticket purchase and the way they treat customers is appauling. They need to have a really hard look ar their customer support policies and sort it out, or risk losing a lot more business.

delivery, contacted their customer service team, and they told me to wait a few more days.
Waited the extra days still nothing, emailed them 8-10 times regarding the missing package, and didn't get one single reply. Their customer service team is a joke and you can't even get in contact with them over the phone because of covid issues.
Luckily I paid with Paypal so I raised a claim, however, I'm still waiting for the refund to come back to me.
Don't even bother dealing with this company you'll just be wasting your time. They literally have no after-care response and literally just wipe their hands clean of any issues.

The following day they emailed me in response to my previous inquiry and said that the item was 'processing' - no mention of shipping time, tracking number, etc. I asked them to clarify because they told me 24 hours earlier that the item was shipped. They didn't respond. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money (thousands of dollars) because I bought on the condition of 24 hour dispatch which they failed to uphold, and they refused to tell me what was actually going on with my order. They agreed by email to cancel the order and issue a refund. They told me the refunded money would be with me in 2 days, at the most. They lied about the refund being processed - it's a week later and I still don't have my money and they are continuing to lie about refunding me. I have had to escalate the situation to my bank because Shopping Express refuse to call me or contact me, or give me a straight answer about my refund. From the beginning it took them days to respond to any message sent, and they are refusing to answer phone calls.
Their communication has been woeful and they have not given me a straight answer about anything from the beginning. Don't buy from this company unless you want to gamble with your money and are willing to risk losing it and never receiving the products you pay for. I cannot imagine how infuriating it would be to have to deal with them for a warranty claim. Save yourself the trouble and just buy elsewhere.
