although in reality, they are simply terrible. Possibly the worst Aussies have had to endure.

Of course the bigger issue is not the Filipino people themselves, but the lack of training and education provided to them, and their managers.

You all now that anything goes when dealing with these call centres - the constant lies, false promises and sheer disrespect to honest customers. Though what they seem to have forgotten is that Aussies wont put up with it, not for long anyway. And in Temandos case, no more than 4 years.

Shippit, Sendle and the rest take note! If you are going to entrust your company to the likes of Phillipines, India or what have you, at least have the decency to provided your employees with better training! In turn you will be showing more respect to the people that matter most.... your paying customer!!!! That is all.

They don't care, their Closing Down – Invested 2k into a custom shipping module which relies on Temandos API and now that their shutting down their business, I'm left out of pocket with no choice but to re develop the module using another shipping agents API. 1 month warning is all I had from Temando which is ridiculous cause I won't be able to develop another module in the 1 month… Read more

time frame they have said which is going to leave my website without any shipping options. The nerve they have to say that they don't have to give us any notice due to terms and conditions but they will give us a 1 month advance notice to look for alternative shipping companies. No sorry, no thank you, just horrible.

What's even more frustrating is when I asked for some support regarding the API they didn't even respond to me. Guess they don't need to when your business is closing down but I've been with Temando for 7+ years and have spent 10 of thousands of dollars making bookings for my businesses so a little appreciation and support shouldn't be so much for a customer that has stayed loyal with your company till the end.

Have been using them for over a year – Deliver on time especially interstate reliable the only drawback is they dont have drivers call prior to delivery. business delivery is good but private residential if your not home they dont leave parcels and even if you are they dont wait long if your old and take your time to open the door they leave a calling card.  Show details

Temando lack of customer service – We were an avid user of the Temando service for around 2 years using it deliver all of our domestic freight everyday for our business. The service that they provided from the beginning was OK as it was one of only a couple of companies that provided this service as a third party shipping platform using multiple courier services. they do not provide any phone customer service providing only an online chat service for any issues or questions that you may have. We had many problems with lost or missing freight and Temando could not care less about their responsibility to us as their customer. Their tracking system is pretty much non existent. They always blame everything back onto the courier service and basically wipe their hands clean of any responsibility to their customer who is paying for the service. We have tried to deal with them in a professional manner and in the end they cancelled our account. We lost many thousands of dollars in lost or undelivered orders to our customers. Ultimately this was a godsend as we have now switched to a new shipping platform that provides a much better customer service and tracking system which makes Temando look far inferior. I would not recommend Temando to anyone based on their lack of responsibility to their customers which they can spin however they like but ultimately they are in the shipping business. Stay away from Temando if you are a business user.

the courier never came. Supplier then gave us Temando contact number - when you ring, there's a garbled message, finishing with "we'll be with you shortly . . ." then the phone hangs up. Went to website, put in tracking details which came up with awaiting pickup - still from the very first day. On-line chat with Temando - everyone wanting to help, but no-one able to promise anything. They suggested the Courier should come that day - but didn't. Next day, back on on-line chat, demanding something be done to resolve the situation. They promised the courier would definitely come that day - guess what? Yep, you got it! After discussing with supplier, I took the parcel to Australia Post for next day delivery. Why does this company exist? Why would anyone have any confidence in them?

Really bad didn’t even pick my item up from the shop – Called the shop I bought my item from asked if it had even been picked up and they told me it hadn’t been picked up! So I was lucky members at the store looked after me and personally delivered it for me. Temando your service is bad.  Show details

Debited money from my account without authority – I had an account with Temando and on four occasions they withdrew a monthly fee of $108 when I hadn't subscribed to the package. On the second occasion money was taken from my account I received an email explaining that it was an oversight and that the accounts department had been informed. on two more occasions. What makes matters worse is that it takes numerous emails and weeks before I receive my refund.

package in a safe spot on Tuesday while we were at work, they still didn't turn up. I stayed home all day Wednesday waiting for them to turn up, STILL didn't come, despite several enquiries and heated conversations with the supplier. The package was worth over $300, so brought it back inside with me every time I was home to reduce risk of theft. On Thursday, they sent an email saying my package could not be found, after yet ANOTHER phone call from the supplier, they finally managed to pick it up. I have been using Sendle for my own deliveries for nearly a year now - never, ever had a problem - every time i book a pickup, they come the next morning - except on ONE occasion, during the Christmas rush this year, they came the following day, and amazing customer service - replied to my emails within minutes and had everything sorted. Would never, ever use Temando, use Sendle instead.

Terrible – They have no control of anything related with the delivery service, the are just brokers... 4 days I've been waiting for my consignment to be collected by fastway couriers rang them at least 6-7 times, note that call Center is overseas ... everytime I must repeat myself give same all the info everytime they check and as usual can't help as for 4… Read more

Cancelled the courier 15mins after purchasing and months later still awaiting refund – I didnt even send a package. Cancelled service immediately after seeing all the poor reviews and used someone else. Then a courier arrives and I told them it was cancelled immediately. 4 Weeks to organise a pickup – Temando are hit and miss as they are the middle man and take little responsibility. couriers please, and wont re organise another organisation to pickup a parcel. A big waste of time and effort. I had to cancel and re book with another carrier. Its not rocket science. They have promised a credit for the freight cost only, see if this actually gets processed.

An absolute joke - Please avoid – Their sites not been accepting credit card payments for days now and when i rang the girl on the phone was rude, told me i could make online bookings (so, totally didn't understand my reason for calling), kept telling me to email their support team instead and when i told her we had parcels to send to customers that were urgent, she just told me she couldn't help me. Better Alternatives – I put up with Temando's bad customer service for so long, in order to access their volume and pricing discounts. Thankfully the market has caught up with them and they are now not the only player in this market. With competitor solutions like interparcel and transdirect which have much cheaper prices, and more importantly care about customer service. courier will not deal with you because you are not the sender (Temando is). And Temando customer service outside the portal is a nightmare.

I know it has become a cliche for customers to say, but quite simply Temando offer the most appalling customer service you could imagine. Under no circumstances would I recommend Temando to anyone. My one word of advice ... Avoid.

Lost my $1200 iphone7! Nothing has been done! – I ordered a brand new iphone 7 at the beginning of the month, i chose temando to insure the shipping as it is an expensive item if was something were to go wrong. and forth and back and forth with no form of action being taken, speaking with various hopeless customer service agents. I was told I would receive an email about what temandos course of action would be about my missing parcel, of course have not heard anything. Fancy paying extra money to hope that your parcel is going to be looked after if something goes wrong yet you speak to different hopeless people who have obviously done nothing, trusted their word to hear back and havent. I Will be calling the department of fair trading tomorrow morning. This has went on for almost a month now and I should not be having to deal with what has happened with the courier let alone the insurance company. Absolutely appauling service and company. THROUGH TEMANDO ARE THIEVES! i had some time and looked into 1 claim which was $16.71 charged extra on my credit card, and it was false, i provided temando with the proof, and yet to hear back from them. i probably may still use temando as they are cheap, but never TNT, bunch of crooks! i dont have the time going through every case now, it takes to much time fighting over it.

Horrible Service – If i could give no star i would. They are horrible, they offer next to no help. They are always a hit or miss. Either you get your parcel collected or you don't.
