Very pleased with the product! We visited both the stores at Crows Nest and Moore Park and found the customer service to be excellent. Very happy with the quality of the Murphy bed. in centre and waled pass shop, noticed from the front what I wanted, and bought 2 identical reclining chairs. The lady serving was very polite, not pushy and explained everything from the product to the delivery service very well. I am very happy will the pro0duct and the price paid. I've made my bed! – The store is well located in Church Street with off street parking. There is an excellent display of products. having the bed assembled for an additional charge, however we declined and did it ourselves. It wasn't easy and I've had plenty of experience! The included assembly instructions were very poor and frankly inadequate. For an Italian company selling into an English-speaking country, they should be much better and far more comprehensive. Obviously if you have the bed assembled then this is not an issue.

Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. The mattress and slat base make for a very comfortable bed. The bed can easily be folded away even whilst made up, with two straps holding the bedding in place.

The staff at the Richmond store were very helpful with good product knowledge.

However, I have had over time, on & off, some problems with the remote control. When I spoke with Ben today, he patiently navigated me through the usual rectification steps for resetting it. Then he suggested the bed control app. on my mobile phone, which he kindly helped me with over the phone. All of this took quite some time. So glad I can use this adjustable feature again & it's working smoothly & reliably now. I'm very grateful to Ben for his patience, understanding & excellent customer service to me to get the problem resolved quickly. Long delay to get a sleep! – There was a range of products and the salesperson assisted with the choice of mattress and base. Stating that the product was in stock in Sydney, and we could have a delayed delivery as we were renovating. the ship- from Italy to arrive in Sydney. Delivery from Sydney was with a common carrier, and on arrival the delivery person stated that he had been told by his boss "not to install", even though we had paid for installation. We called the Comfort Shop, and the representative assured us that someone would be sent to assemble the bed. Later that day, installer arrived and stated he had never assembled this product before. As this bed was heavy, my husband assisted the installer. If we were not in a position to assist this would have been another delay. The Comfort Shop should have trained contractors to install.

Love the latex mattresses from The Comfort Shop and that they come in different levels of firmness. We had one from there for a long time in the past and when it came time to replace it I made the mistake of purchasing from a bed in a box company. Comfort Shop to buy a new latex mattresses recently and after a few nights I am pain free again. It is supportive in all the right places. The staff in the Moore Park store are excellent, providing good and accurate information while not being in your face. They also organised for the old mattress to be taken away at same time as delivery of our new mattress. The mattress was delivered onto the bed base on the top floor of our terrace house and all wrapping taken away. I just needed to make the bed after a few hours of allowing it to expand.

We absolutely love our Forza manual adjustable base from The Comfort Shop! It fits perfectly in the back of our HiAce van and has made our adventures so much more comfortable and enjoyable. We wanted to replace the mattress we bought 12 years ago with the same brand. We were guided to the correct one, given the exact price (no annoying add-ons) and given the cost and date of delivery (approx 2 weeks). fortitude valley who was seemingly disinterested in my quandary. i was told that the lady that deals with these issues is coming back from leave and he would email her. she obviously had a fortune of emails to go through on her return so i never heard back from her. its was too much effort for mathew to pick up a phone and speak to her to expedite the process. after two more calls and mathew's perfunctory attitude , i was finally told that the allen key i need to tighten the bolts was posted to me. well circa 2 weeks on still no allen key and my recliner is still sitting idle. i emailed the generic comfort shop to complain they also never replied. disappointing. the latest is i phoned mathew again and he is posting me a allen key so lets see.

Wasn’t happy with a quality but I got my most of my money back! – I was disappointed with a quality and asked to refund my money. The shop returned the deposit but withheld 500 dollars . The situation is resolved Show details

Great products, poor service – Great products, third purchase, but after sale service very poor. Was told item was is stock, then waited 4 months for it to arrive.

Following my phone contact with the Comfort Shop NSW i was provided with all the info I required to select a suitable replacement for my 14 year old recliner chair which I purchased from the Richmond , Vic shop with just a couple of phone calls and emails. A very friendly relaxing and easy atmosphere in store - staff so very helpful which made choosing the right bed/mattress very easy. Information on different mattresses /beds was helpful and concise. The standard and quality of the products is excellent, the knowledge and help provided by Ben and other attendants is always professional and very helpful. Purchase made over the phone. Salesperson was extremely helpful in describing the features of the Chairs and Footstools in comparison to other brands. We are long term customers and have two of your queen beds plus recently purchased a fold up bed. Queen beds are superb but have two minor faults. These are :- 1. The small keepers that modify the stiffness of the springing constantly fail - I replace them as they do and also reinforce them with electrical tape to get more strength. Simple fix… Read more ·  1

would be to make them a bit bigger or thicker or of stronger material. 2. The units that support the timber springing often used come out of the holes in the rails or the springing itself comes out of the rubber support - this only happened on my side of the bed where the load is about 105Kg. This happens because the side rail flexes or twists iI am guessing, so I have placed a stainless steel threaded rod roughly at the centre of the rail connecting it to the central rail. If done in the bottom third of theb railm it does not impinge on the springing.. Simple fix would be to do this with purpose made rods. D

This company sell wonderful mattresses. They are a great company to deal with and delivered the mattress on time and located it where I had requested it to be. This involved moving other mattresses to different beds in the house and removing one as agreed at the time of purchase. Show details ·  1
