Terrible Incompetent Unskilled Men not Qualified To Be Allowed to Work on your Computer!!! A VOILATION!! – HIRED THE ORIGINAL PC DOCTOR, SO CALLED QUALIFIED EXPERT PC DOCTORS HA HA.... TERRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK, INCOMPETENT INAPT NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! the first man spent over 2 hours, just to do a BASIC CLEAN UP, move some photos from the laptop to a external hard drive. The customer supplied the hardware hard drive, this first man was straggling… Read more
to do the most basic job. After giving a hard drive, the man moved the data not to be located NOW. This clown deleted 300.000 files told by the clown to the client, never checked what he was deleting.... so careless and incompetent, who would just deleted files without checking with the client. The second man was organised to fix the first mans mistakes on 14 July 2023, the second man spent 1.5 hours, was unable to answer any questions, straggling, didn't fix the problem too, unable to give an explanation??? Wasted 1.5 hours just bluffing time wasting so incompetent. Theses men who pass as independent contractors working for PC DOCTOR under a ABN. when asked from both men if they had a resent qualification, creditetation from Microsoft 365, trouble shooting? The answer was NO, " i have been doing this for years and learnt on the job". So no updated qualifications or skills upgrades!! These contractors are just working on a guess work basic no real new updated qualifications ??? Terrible way to mislead and violate people's computers by deceptive conduct. Once they are inside the home you are at their mercy.. Paid these clowns $250.00 to move photos from one folder to a external hard drive. Both men were not able to do the job Wasted so much time....
DO NOT TRUST PC DOCTOR MEN UNLESS THEIR QUALIFICATIONS ARE CHECKED PRIOR TO THE HOME VISITS BEFORE THEY INSIDE YOUR HOME. RECORD ALL CONVERSIONS FOR PROOF FOR EVEDENCE SO THEY DONT GET AWAY CONNING THE PUBLIC. BOTH MEN FAILED TO CARRY OUT A SMALL JOB.... DISGRACEFUL SHOCKING POOR MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
Pc Doctor response – Fast response and resolve in same day by professional support. There was one more thing to be done after technician left but he came next day and fixed it for free. Thanks Show reply

Maher was able to explain in simple language how Windows 10 could run 32-bit apps, and that a current model of processor offered better security than my dying old box could provide. Show reply
Follow-up · The contract was for one hour minimum, so "quick" is relative. Maher was not able to bring the OS back to youthful bounce due to the extreme old age of the box. I should tell you I bought the box in 2012, so I did get a good run out of it, The cost was entirely reasonable, $158.00 for the hour, considering he had the know-how and I don't.

Awful – Couldnt get outlook to send or receive emails. Technician couldn't sort the problem out , left saying he would be in touch, silence, Phone calls to see what was happening - just the standard email saying someone would be in contact. myself as my old Outlook was deleted by the technician. I have to go through each email and log the address to recreate my contacts. Will take me hours. I used to be able send my zoom meetings from outlook - now cant and so as I cant get zoom to work properly I am now losing money from my business and am looking at sorting out a new platform for meetings. I got a phone call from the boss when I sent in "feedback" and got my deposit back but no help since. I would find a local person by word of mouth. If it is easy PC Doctor might be ok but if it is messy and they mess up you are left alone with the mess and in my case this will be at considerable cost

Professional, punctual, knowledgeable & highly recommended – I'm usually pretty good at eventually solving a PC issue at home, but on this particular occasion I'd hit a brick wall, had to admit defeat & needed external help. from The PC Doctor was fast & informative (Mark). After explaining my issue (it was a software issue) & cost structure, it was decided that a remote call-in would be the best & most efficient way to solve my problem & a time was then arranged, with the name of the person who would be looking after my query (James).
The PC Doctor subsequently followed-up with a text message to confirm my recent call & appointment details. Followed by another message closer to the appointment time, asking me to ensure I had either Quick Assist or TeamViewer installed (with instructions on how to do so if unfamiliar with either of these)
James called at the exact appointment time & for the next hour was able to systematically problem-solve the issue (plus another couple of other items I raised at the time). He was an absolute delight to chat with, was impressively knowledgeable & even when he hit a couple of roadblocks during the process, he simply found another way to solve them quickly with a few simple mouse clicks & dialogue box options.....James was seriously impressive in the speed & proficiency in which he smashed through the various tasks in order to get to the successful end-game result for my issues.
I could not be happier with my recent experience with The PC Doctor in general & James in particular deserves special mention for both his phone demeanour/customer service & technical knowledge.
It was absolute value-for-money the service provided by The PC Doctor, they were a pleasure to deal & I would use again in a heartbeat.
Pop-Up Intrusion – Dwight facilitated a 'quick' same day service when I received a pop up alerting me to 'possible identity theft' via hacking of my IP address. The distressing part for me was the spoken threat on repeat coming through my hearing aids which had flow on impact and my inability to get rid of the pop-up from my browser. It was of course a scam. gave direction about what to do immediately and details of a technician visit and costs associated - so no surprises. Moudy, the technician arrived later on the same day at the scheduled time. He had the insight to greet my dog who then was completely untroubled by his presence. In a very short time Moudy had fixed the problem and payment was a breeze. Like Dwight, Moudy ensured I understood follow up support if necessary. In this case it isn't required. Moudy is professional, courteous, responsive and warm, displaying the best of human services. The next day Dwight checked back if I had any problems - so I more than happy to provide a five gold star review for both Dwight and Moudy.

I believed a had another 'problem' 2 weeks ago (Mid March). It was embarrassingly 'User Error". The PC Doc' (Emil ?) remotely logged in .. pointed out my 'failing' (I'm old) and gave my PC a 'Health Check' .. deleted rubbish, addressed old files etc .. EXCELLENT customer relations. 'Now working so much better (the PC, not me! LOL). Wouldn't go past the 'Doc guys, they're great !! Show reply
Had an issue with the computer, all files disappeared. Phoned the PC doctor and was informed that a tech will be booked for 4:30. As advised and on time, the tech arrived and after discussing what I did prior to the files disappearing the tech went to work. All files were retrieved and the issues resolved. Great service from start to finish. Definitely recommend the PC Doctor. This is the second time I have used the PC Doctor. Show reply

The technician (Michael) arrived at the appointed time and quickly identified the problem as to why my desktop computer was unable to connect to the internet. He resolved the issue and then showed me the way to resolve the same problem should it ever arise again. Show reply

wiser if he will come or not, let alone what time. You can only keep contacting the answering service which isn't even the company. The email gives automated messages that aren't helpful or effective. The process is a sham. The technician has left my computer's in a worrying state and job not finished even though I have already paid a lot of money. Do not use this company if you value simple communication.
