Online Listings – On approx 29/06/19 on their website they advertised a S10+ dual sim Samsung phone for $320.00. So I asked them to send me one. Never heard back from them. Talk about bait advertising. Will never deal with ever again. How anyone can give them a good review is beyond me!

Shocking service – Ordered a product they failed to delivery. Ignored my numerous messages and don't answer their Sydney phone. Finally got a response and got a refund after I reported the dispute to my credit card bank! Show details

phone has been sent out by courier. I also received another email telling me my order was completed. I received my phone the next day! I actually chose standard postage when I did the purchase. So being delivered so quickly by a courier was a good surprise! Their support team even sent me a follow up email later to check if I have received my order.

Their customers service in my case was a five star. I gave them four stars because I suspected they forgot my order after it was placed and they only noticed it after I sent them an enquiry about it. But their service was very good. I am really happy with my purchase.

Samsung S9+ – I ordered a Samsung S9+ mobile phone on the 1st December and it was at my door in 10 working days from Hong Kong. Had a live chat to check on the status of the order, and Marie was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use this site again.

tried calling me but no number registered. Was told yesterday my order was picked up and should have a tracking number today. Surprise, surprise, this never happened! If I do not have a tracking number tomorrow, I will be lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. They take your money, and leave you in the lurch.

Dishonest about Shipping – When selecting shipping, it looks like it is delivered incl the cost of your purchase. When you click on paypal, it returns to ask you to add shipping - and the only option is DHL $33. I call that dishonest.

GETTING MY PHONE – Think Of US is absolutely the worst web store I've ever dealt with, i purchased an LG G6 phone and it took more then 2 weeks for the order to be processed before sending me an email saying that i needed to reply to an email about how much they refunded back into my chosen bank account as a "security process" which by this time was about a month… Read more

since ordering because I only check my emails once a week and during which time i had closed that particular bank account down (bit of bad luck as well here) and told them that and as the weeks rolled on with back and forth emails, to which they replied you need to tell us the amount we refunded you as a security process I had to find out from my old bank how much it was (which wasn't an easy task) by the time I replied to said email I got an email back saying that it had been to long between ordering and confirming the amount they refunded.... which was 12 cents and on top of that said that they no longer stock the phone so they would send the money back into the account, which is freaking closed. I understand having a security measure is a good idea but there is absolutely better ways to go about this, its a hassle to wait for a refund in your account, which being a first time user had know idea about then replying to an email with it just to get your order completely processed. WORST COMPANY EVER! – Ordered my parcel 43 days ago and still havent receive my parcel yet, "we need 3 business days to fix it", "we need 3 more business days", "we need another 3 business days", no refund, no resend, NOTHING!! I WISH I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.

Don't buy imported goods – Strongly not recommended. After a month cancelled order just before Xmas – Ordered a Samsung Note 9 on 26/11. Chased them as to why it had not been delivered and they said it would be there within 7 days. Now 5 working days before Xmas they re-credited my account but didn't tell me they could not supply their advertised phone. No email or telephone to notify me of the lack of delivery. Also manager would not return my calls. Appalling customer service. I could have gone to a number of other providers.

Sent wrong item, a week later still to send correct item – Sent wrong item. It happens. Took a while to respond when I alerted me. I asked for quick dispatch of the correct item, days later they are still stalling... Probably fine for a bargain, not worth it to save a few $$$.

Terrible service. Bait and switch marketing – Ordered something which the website said they had stock of only for them to contact me days later saying they had no stock. Customer service to fix the issue was very poor. Would not use this business again. Very poor.

been screwed around on that too and as it stands I’m still waiting. Paypal has stepped in because I used their service and have a buyer protection.

They hardly reply to emails and when they do it’s all crap. It has to be the strangest ‘service’ in place. There’s only one person who seems to be offshore and operates from their kitchen because I hear clunking and dishes in the background. If no one is there which is often, it just rings out.

Stay away from them. It should be illegal for them to operate.

Restocking fees even if it's unopened – I bought an item and asked them not to ship it if it's overseas stock. They didn't reply and shipped in anyway, so I sent it back and they still charged me a restocking fee.

Think about warranty 'Think of Us' gives – I bought Samsung Galaxy edge from 'Think of US' on line store and in 17th months, it started giving problem especially charging. Samsung gives 2 years local warranty while international model has one year only warranty and possibly need to send back from whom you bought. So basically on line cheaper price you are getting with compromising of one year less warranty. Local Australian model would have triangle mark with some number on back of phone. We ordered the phone as a present for a birthday with a good amount of time for it to arrive in time, we are now at day 4 and I think our order has been approved but definitely not shipped. I said day 2 to them if you cannot deliver on time say so and refund the money and we will go our way. Nothing, silence.

Lemon!!! – Terrible. Phone calls emails 20 in all. Faulty phone. Promised an unlocked device. No. I had to do that. Tried www. Hopeless. 404. Failure not found.

Poor and misleading service – Prior to ordering I was advised the phone was in stock, located in Australia and I could expect to receive it within 5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Last week I requested a refund if the phone was not in stock or in Australia. I was subsequently told I should receive it that week. Finally this evening I have been provided tracking only to find out it is coming from HK. Would not recommend!

Not in stock – Ordered from web site..two in stock..paid and received confirmation, then told it was out of stock, then emailed a confusing order progress information...BUT I did get my money back quickly ...thanks for that at least BUT all a waste of my time!!!

Inefficient – Ordered online for two cases, because used a credit card i had to have a token amount refunded into account before can proceed with order which has taken two days so far and still nothing in account. There are so many more efficient and easier ways to ensure non fraudulent transactions. If you want something quick, go elsewhere.

Stock unavailable and I didn't hear anything until I call – I bought Iphone on Saturday 24 February on Think of Us and didn’t hear anything until I call them this morning 1 March.
