It’s not yet been set up as we are moving however I wanted to pay someone to do it as I’ve been told it’s quite difficult but we are unfortunately out the area. Hopefully the set up goes well but I do know the quality of sets are unmatched and I love how easy it is to switch things over once set up. UNSAFE Our original ladder broke after 14 months, so ordered a replacement. A bit annoyed, as it was only just out of warranty. The replacement ladder was not as sturdy as the original one. over with him and could really hurt a child. Our original ladder never unclipped once in 14 months. My wife and i raised with vuly, who were exremely unhelpful and continually refuse a return. Each time we email them, there is another excuse. One person at vuly mentioned they changed manufacturing or manufacturer and have had other recent complaint of the same nature, while someone else at vuly had replied there is no known issues... Outside of our troubles returning the ladder, its very surprising they dont take the issue more seriously when its unsafe and a child could be hurt. Pics attached to show where the ladder unclips, which can be hard to notice when the matting isnt pulled back. hoping other people avoid this company as product is unsafe, no customer service, warranty is useless.

Looking online knew what I wanted didn't Place order straight away, a team member phoned me which was great went over a few questions I had and was straight back online to place order, came within the week was so happy! very solid and well-built, and once it’s assembled, it feels extremely sturdy and safe. The treehouse is definitely the highlight — the kids love having their own little space up there and it gets used for everything from “secret clubs” to snack time and reading.
The monkey bars and climbing sections are fantastic for burning energy, and we’ve already noticed the kids getting stronger and more confident climbing. It’s great for a wide age range too — our younger child can use parts of it, while the older one can tackle the more challenging sections.
It is a big structure, but that’s also why it’s so good — there are lots of different activities on the one frame, so they don’t get bored of it like some smaller play equipment.
Assembly does take time, so I would definitely recommend allowing a full day (or getting help), but the instructions were clear and everything went together properly.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the Vuly Quest Treehouse. The kids use it every single day, and it has been worth the investment to have something in the backyard that keeps them active, outside, and entertained for hours.
Would absolutely recommend to other families looking for a high-quality backyard play system.

locate the instruction booklet (maybe a sign on the box to show which box has the instruction book in it would be great - as we had over 20 boxes to go through to find it). Our experience in ordering it was super easy through the website and we even went to the physical store to see it before purchasing it and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was also super quick after placing our order.

most afternoons and had the shade cover and tent walls thrown in for free which is great during summer. We also purchased it with an expected wait time as it said online there is a back order, however we received a shipping tracking number within 2 days and received it later that week!
I also didn't even open the instructions manual, instead I watched the 9 minute video online and had it up within the hour.
If you are after a trampoline that will last, easy to put together and great customer service, you won't be disappointed!

My kids are absolutely wrapped and have been on it every day! The mister is great as it’s just enough for the kids to get wet and cool off but doesn’t saturate the trampoline. It’s even a crowd pleasure for our dog who loves going underneath it.

Our Vuly order was delivered ahead of time and the quality exceeding our expectations. After seeing and opening all the boxes the amount of parts was quite overwhelming however after going through the instructions it was far easier than first anticipated. The Quest 2.1 Treehouse was a huge hit for our kids this Christmas! Easy to assemble, sturdy, and encourages hours of imaginative outdoor play. Might as well not have a phone number for customer service as they offer NO help. I am missing a box of crucial parts for the Ultra 2 trampoline, not ideal on Christmas Eve when you planned to build the trampoline for your children that night. Contacted the shipping company who were very helpful and stated that there was only 4/5 boxes picked up from sender and delivered, they can see there is still a pending shipping label at the sender still. Contacted vuly via phone and the fella on the phone was of no help, told me “might have to do investigation but too busy today” and I asked how I would receive resolution via phone or email and he was unable to provide an answer as to how I would receive help. No reply to emails or social media. No resolution from the phone line. Things happen so although I can’t set up trampoline for Christmas, an answer that they would send me the box of parts required ASAP would be ideal and therefore I’d have a resolution. All I want is the box B to be sent and if another box seem to turn up I would happily send it back but as per shipping company the sender hasn’t even sent a box meaning it’s not even lost in the post!!!!!! So therefore the senders fault so therefore they should rectify. You’d think speaking to someone on the phone instead of email would provide a quicker more effective resolution, not the case with this company.
Follow-up · Trampoline set up was relatively easy for 2 people, took roughly just under 2 hours. Trampoline so far is good quality. The free gifts as compensation arrived and are good. I bought the Mac 2.1 C3 Swing set for the grandchildren and it is fabulous. The construction is very sturdy and attractive. I love the cover as it provides some extra sun protection. swap them out. So for example, when the toddler swing is no longer required I can replace it with something else. The customer service has been excellent and the product arrived in a very timely manner after ordering online.

Might be a great trampoline but dont expect it to last through childhood - especially as they do not accomodate for replacement parts wear and tear to buy. Currently have Vuly Lift less then 5 year old and no available safety pad replacement available or after market suggestions. Just another greedy company profiting off parents.

Bad communication and service from the start. Will never recommend. Almost a month since ordering and no updates since 19th February with no resolution in sight. Vuly rep said there was flooding causing delay - we are in Adelaide and there is no flooding, unless it's lasted the 7 days that the order has been missing and not made any news cycle.

marketing of "for Australian conditions" and "all parts available for the life of the product" The shade cover stitching has since come undone and when calling to order a replacement I'm told spare parts for the trampoline are available, but the shade cover doesn't count as a spare part, and they're not making it anymore. I asked for alternatives or repair services but was informed neither was possible.

Very disappointed in Vuly product. It doesn’t last. We paid just under $4k for our playground and it basically cactus after only five years.
