Booked return tickets from the comfort of home. Simple and straight forward. What I didn't like was: 1. A fortnight ago, on the Jetstar web site, it cost me $10 to choose my seat. So,...what spoilt the experience was 1. the extra expense selecting a seat. Twice as much as a fortnight ago. and 2. The $7 dollar Jetstar tax. Why doesn't Jetstar just add that to it's advertised price, instead of clawing out this extra.

3. The Webjet's booking fee, that's OK, but, there's also this "price guaranteed fee" Didn't expect that! All these little add ons.

'Tis good that I can buy online, instead of having to go out to an agent. That's convenience. Can buy the tickets before the prices go up.

I didn't experience any additional fee, i had booked my flight a return ticket to Fiji and the price was veru reasonable it worked according to my budget. I would definately book through webjet for future travelling with accomodation as well. Show reply

Absolute crooks. Fraudsters!!! Don't use them. They have no conscience!!!! I had to cancel my trip to India because of safety reason. I only received 10 percent refund on my booking!!! I urge you don't use them. This is not a fake review!!! Show details

scammers. They will offer you a refund if your flight is cancelled - but claim its voluntary even after they stated there was no alternative bookings they can make for you. If you agree to the refund, they will make you wait up to 12 weeks for the money and also not refund 100% of your money because their 'service fee' is non refundable even… Read more

though they have offered 0 service/product to you. It is against ACL to charge a service fee when they are unable to fulfill a service. Reported to ACCC, consumer and business services, and contacted my bank for a chargeback.

We used webjet for two bookings in Indonesia, and both of them had issues that we had to resolve during our holiday. Even though we were able to make contact with webjet through their chat, they did not resolve the issue or get back to us. Webjet also couldn't tell me how much I would be charged in local currency, so I was left to guess how much we would be paying - not very upfront or transparent.

for our son with a different booking number. Yesterday when we were checking in at Melbourne airport Fiji Airways did not allow us to keep that booking and they created a new ticket for my son as Infant in lap. We had to pay extra for that and our original booking was cancelled because infant was booked as adult.

I raised this with customer support but not getting proper response. We are now travelling with baby in lap instead of a separate seat.

We haven't slept in 24hours and now next 14 hours ahead are not going well as I cannot book additional seat with Fiji Airways now.

I also have return flight but this is going to be same issue. Now start of our journey this has given our whole family a lot of mental distress.

Need some urgent review from your end. I tried getting managers escalation process hold but there is nothing as per customer support.

Thankyou Webjet, in this case circumstances changed, and I had to cancel the entire trip less than 24 hours after I booked it. AND within 24 hours I received a full 100% refund. I hate being put under pressure to fill in critical details by a timer on a price guarantee. I think this is totally wrong, leads to mistakes and should not be once you are working through your deal. At the very least it should be at least double the current allowance Show details

Easy to book, hassle free and just simple to use through webjet my flights for myself and family we did through flight center but that was dear compared to webjet glad we could get home through this site much cheaper and will be doing more bookings next time round thank you. Show reply

Have booked with Webjet previously for an international flight and was happy with communication. So have again booked with them. Easy to compare flights and usually get a competitive price. Never had any problems with receiving information and tickets from them while overseas. Show details ·  1

Easy and helpful with one phonecall. I booked a PM flight instead of an AM so I rang as soon as I realised my mistake and they fixed it right away the only cost being $10 AUD. I didn't even have to wait long on the phone. Happy Days! Show details ·  1

I find Webjet the least hassle in booking flights and car hire, and use their Cover-more travel insurance which is good value. Have needed to utilise the travel insurance which was also pleasant to deal with. I use Webjet 2 to 3 times per year. Show reply
