Use a delivery company that does not deliver and refuse to help, communicate or even attempt to assist (both the Oliver company and yesstyle themselves). Will no longer use.

Order number 33112933 We are very disappointed with these extremely long delivery times. We placed our order on April 5, and when we placed it, we were told that the items would arrive by April 22. However, according to the tracking information, the items weren’t even shipped until April 18. Your delivery promises are nothing but lies! We hate Yesstyle.com! Never again, and I’m going to tell everyone about this terrible experience!

waiting for courier pickup. I asked why the package wasn't shipped/picked up on April 9, and it was still sitting in the warehouse after 4 business days. Their response was phrased in a way that they were annoyed by my questions, and they told me it wasn't their problem if the courier hadn't picked up. And they added that it was still within the delivery window so I shouldn't make a big fuss about it. Before I could respond, they closed the chat on their end after their last response. HOW RUDE?????!!!!!

Although the items were advertised as being on sale, it now seems like they were discounted simply to clear near-expired stock.

This feels misleading and unfair. I believe this is a form of deception, and I am very upset about this situation.

transit when the postal site says to contact the sender that they are not moving the shipment! They’ve had the option all of this time to send me out a replacement whileTHEY can await its movement since they are so confident that it is going to move or just refund me my $43 yet I have a continuous back-and-forth thread of emails probably up to 15 to 20 by now of different people just copying and pasting the same thing! There’s an option even to email the CEO which I’ve done and even that email says the same thing continue to be patient. The package is on its way. I’m done being patient. They are frauds and crooks and I want everyone to know!

This is a legit site, but they are in Hong Kong or China. The prices are reasonable. I have had two orders from them. If you buy over a certain amount, I think $60, you get free snail mail. they were in Australia. The first time must have been around 3 weeks. My second order, it came a bit faster, around 2 weeks which isn't shocking as I am used to it living in regional NSW. With my second order, it also came with a free full size face cleansing product provided that I left them a review about the product. The packaging may not be perfect and could possibly be a bit squished from their journey here. See pic All in all, OK but DO NOT expect a fast delivery like Ama***. Buy & forget and it will come faster : ) As always use Payp** for extra protection.

I also paid Swiss import duties and customs fees for goods I never received.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, customer service stopped responding. I have now been forced to initiate a chargeback procedure with my bank to recover my money.

Buyers should be aware that if your parcel is marked as delivered but you do not physically receive it, you may not receive support or compensation.

unfriendly communication channel, I finally reached the customer support. The support staff promised immediate shipping, but I later received that the order will be delayed indefinitely until stock arrives at store. So, I requested the refund of my money which was rejected firmly by Yesstyle, saying that I should wait for reshipping.. What a joke!!! I contacted Paypal for refund and still waiting for refund from Yesstyle, as my payment was made via Paypal. Due to their terrible refund policy, I strongly suggest that high valued items should never been bought from Yesstyle.com

if it doesn’t come in they will let me know & send the rest of my order out. That is unacceptable. Why are you allowing out of stock items to be purchased?!?It’s actually ridiculous. I’ve lost complete faith in their ordering system. It’s a shame because my other orders have been hassle free & easy. I contacted YesStyle and only asked for a refund of the express post fee, which was completely reasonable. However, not only did they deny the refund, they kept sending the same repetitive email response. They charged me for express post, yet there was no express label on the parcel.

In one of their emails, they even admitted that my order had been mistakenly sent via standard post, but they still refused to return the additional charge. The customer service has been very disappointing.

follow policy because I only sent a screenshot. But they never even send customers a proper tax invoice attachment, just the order details in an email. What else was I supposed to provide? Instead of helping, they dismissed my claim with no explanation.

If they don’t want to honor tax refunds, they should stop misleading customers. This whole process felt like a waste of time and very deceptive.

Overall, the products were as expected, but just be prepared for a long wait—especially if you're used to faster shipping from other sites.

Do not buy from Yesstly! Even they list on the website that products are in stock and will be shipped in 24 hours, that turns out is a big lie. I placed a $100+ order with express shipping paid. A week later, my order hasn’t even been shipped! Customer Service and Chat are useless! Never be able to get hold of any human! Please buy somewhere else. I wished I made a review search before placing the order with them.
