The experienced team were able to guide us through a custom design process with plenty of brilliant recommendations and suggestions to ensure we achieved the desired results and within budget.

We were kept up to date throughout the entire process which to us was very important in a builder, the regular communication and phone calls kept us in the loop of what was to be expected through each phase of the build. It became very obvious very quickly that these guys were extremely well organised with their trades and suppliers. It was very rare to not have a trade working on our house!

Having things explained in detail also supported the decisions made during design and construction, considering it was a custom build Chatham don’t expose their clients to any costly surprises, their pricing is competitive and very fair when making upgrades/changes.

Our objective was to build a home fit for our family’s needs, and a home to enjoy for many years to come, which was achieved! This could not have been accomplished without Chatham’s commitment and dedication.
