Love it! – We love our Stroud Bundaberg built house. The Aspect 237 design suits us perfectly. The house seems to be very well built – 6 months in and no problems so far. The process from sales to contracts and selections went smoothly. Emma, Chloe, Trinitii & Aletha were easy to deal with and worked with us to incorporate the changes we wanted. Love some of the small details that get included as standard that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask for.
The build went well and it was fast (6 months from slab to handover).
Good communication throughout the whole process. We got weekly updates, even through the period that we were waiting (impatiently) for the land to be ready – which took way longer than we expected.
We didn’t live in the area so appreciated the photos of the build stages that were provided regularly.
Our building supervisor Scott was excellent. A real gem.
