They Really Care – Today we watched our upper floor roof being installed and our dream house is starting to look like a house rather than just a concept on paper! We are so pleased with the WBN team comprising Rod Druce at the building and design stage, Jasmin West for prestart, and Justin Campbell, our site supervisor. In short they have exceeded our expectations in all respects, and are a credit to the WBN brand – they really care.

Right from the start we liked Rod’s friendly and professional approach. He took our simple sketch on a narrow block and, through his extensive building knowledge, turned it into a quality home with distinctive features, including the location of the main bedroom and study on the ground level (which our knees will thank him for in later years!) As we changed the layout during the planning phase nothing was too much trouble for Rod. He designed our home not only with quality features, but also within our budget. Nothing was too much trouble and Rod remains as enthusiastic about our building as we are.

Enter Jasmin, our prestart consultant, who we found to display the same patience and enthusiasm as Rod. At the time we were quite daunted by the number of choices to be made but Jasmin took the stress out of the process with the same level of enthusiasm and patience. Although we are about half way through the building schedule, Jasmin continues to assist with changes to our plans, which have been very few thanks to her styling and drafting knowledge at the outset.

And now we find that Justin, our site supervisor, has continued the service level. Once again there is the same friendly engagement and enthusiasm in completing our home with a focus on quality. It has been a treat to watch the house emerge from the laying of the slab (which was as “flat as a billiard table!) to the brickwork and now the addition of the roof. Justin has kept us fully informed on the building schedule and gives us great confidence in the quality for which WBN is known.

Rod, Jasmin and Justin have exceeded our expectations in all respects and they clearly “live” the service quality culture of WBN. In addition Emma Veen, the Customer Experience Manager, has shown a genuine interest in ensuring that we have been happy with the process. We are so glad we chose to build with WBN.
