So happy with our dream home - thank you Stroud Wide Bay! – We are really happy with our newly built gorgeous Kentucky 304 Stroud home. We’re first time builders and the team were very patient with us (even with what was probably some silly questions). Yes not everything went 100% smoothly (does it ever when building?) and yes costs increased prior to contract (as it did with every other building trade), but Stroud went above and beyond to keep us informed and up to date on everything that was going on with prices, they even showed us correspondence from their own suppliers on the price increases they themselves were receiving - it doesn’t get anymore open and transparent than that.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Bridget, Aletha, Dana and our awesome site supervisor, Scott. The whole team made the building experience enjoyable in what was/is a very tough building market. The regular communication was very helpful as we weren’t close by to our build, so this helped us feel connected and involved in the whole process.

We are very happy with the quality of workmanship, which was to a very high standard and the quality of products supplied was very high as well - from the standard 900 wide oven, right the way through to the lovely stainless steel magnet doorstops. Having Stroud take care of all the little things that you need to remember that finish off a home are what makes Stroud stand out to us - and having it all included in the one price means no nasty surprises along the way or at the end of your build.

Keep up the great work team. We have been and will continue to sing your praises because you delivered for us, and within the timeframe you said you would (before completion date actually) and we couldn’t be happier.
