If postie does not like your name no deliveries for you, use a western name – This is factual as I have experimented and observed carefully for 10 months! I will have a detailed article coming out on my blog soon explaining everything. Whenever I use my housemate's name which is a western/christian name, I will receive all deliveries. He receives all his desliveries despite never being home. Also I am the one who pick up all of his deliveries weekly. I on the other hand, my first name is hard to pronounce so despite being home everyday, working online and catching the postie with his van on CCTV; he all of a sudden is very entitled and has the delusion to think he has the authority to decide who gets his parcels delivered and who doesn't. Whenever I use my name as recipient on the parcels, he never rings and instead has always left a collection card. I caught him red handed and also has a video interviewing him of why he does that. I have ceased using my own name as recipient and instead use my housemate's name to not miss any deliveries. This is pathetic.

Auspost is rotten, the whole thing is corrupt, from the CEO earning in millions, buying Cartier watches, to the very peon in that disgrace of an national postage service. The hard working Australians/the tax payers who are the shareholders of this company instead get an appalling double standard service. Only people who love Auspost are those living in remote areas.

Hi Vaas, This is all very concerning to read about, you should be able to address all your parcels to your real name knowing you'll receive all your deliveries like everyone else. I would like to get this investigated as this should not be happening at all. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, address, email and phone number? Also do you have the CCTV footage of the driver not attempting that you can send to us? Also any tracking numbers for parcels you don't get an attempt for? Do you have tracking numbers for parcels using your housemates name that I can see if its the same driver? As much details as we can get will help with our case to the Delivery Centre.

I look forward to your message to action this promptly!
