Simply the best – We consider ourselves so lucky that we chose to build with Stroud Lockyer Valley. We built whilst living interstate and the entire team could not have made the process any easier and stress free. From the first conversation we had with Pete, everything has been transparent and honest. All communication from every person we dealt with was pleasant and prompt. Once the contract was signed we did not get any price increases other than our own variations. Laura bent over backwards and endured multiple questions and changes of mind to ensure that we were getting the house that we wanted. Zac ensured our house build went smoothly - any minor issues we had were fixed asap and we never felt like we couldn’t ask questions and nothing was a hassle. Due to the teams excellent preparation and organisation we had minimal delays and finished with a stunning home that has some very minor defects which haven’t been any issue. We would not hesitate to build with Stroud Homes again. Thank you so much!
