We have just finished building our first home with Orbit Homes and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience.

Going into the process, we were expecting there to be plenty of stress and challenges along the way, but Orbit made everything so much easier than we ever imagined. From the very beginning, we felt supported, informed, and looked after.

The biggest thank you has to go to our Building Coordinator, Nick (from the Melbourne office). Nick was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. No matter how many questions we had or how many times we needed clarification, he was always happy to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. He was always approachable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. As first-home builders, having someone like Nick guiding us through the process made such a difference. He really helped make what could have been a stressful experience into something we will always remember as a positive and exciting time in our lives.

We also want to give a huge thank you to our Site Supervisor, Rod. Rod was fantastic from start to finish. He was always upfront and honest with us, communicated clearly, and always followed through on what he said he would do. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was easy to talk to and took the time to explain things properly. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing our home was in such capable hands.

The whole team at Orbit Homes has been wonderful, but Nick and Rod truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything they did and absolutely love our new home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orbit Homes to anyone thinking about building.
