Unbelievable 69% Monthly increase after 8 years being with them – RENEWAL RIP OFF. INCREASED OUR POLICY BY 69% without explanation!!! Input my info back into their system and it comes up with the OLD price. Called Coles and they said its because of existing policy blah blah crime in our area (we live in a quiet village) .... so spoke to an Indian call centre person who could not communicate well and did not want to listen to my complaint. They did not speak English well either! SO COLES, YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Bye bye

No, you did your dash at a RIDICULOUS PRICE GOUGE OF 69% premium increase. Funny how other companies are offering the exact same policy for half the price. Your company is rubbish and you should be shamed!
