EzyBuy- Poor customer service They don't deserve my money!!!! – I have been a EzyBuy customer for over 15 years. I ordered 2 items in Oct/Nov 1 item arrived late, have to send back for refund on 20/11 Australia Post tracking. I call where is my money? Ezybuy says to wait. I wait I call I wait. I call I wait I deal with unfriendly service. No further support except to tell me to wait until insurance has investigated. I got the proof from Australia Post!! I call Australia Post they agreed to reimburse my money on 18/12! Australia Post?? Well done Australia Post!! Okay second order item arrived late beginning Nov., wrong size, I can't send back as no return label was in package I call They say will send label, ok I wait, no label arrives I call I been told label on its way, Ok I wait, I call I get unfriendly response, the label has been send!!!! I remind them I only have 30days to return items and be reimbursed. They didn't care I am still waiting. That order arrived 5/11 today is 20/12 and I can't send it back. No label!!! No insurance will except a claim during the holiday Therefore I will call Consumer Affairs on Monday. EzyBuy the last time you hear from me. Everyone else, don't touch them.
