Perfect First Home – I got my first home built by stroud, all the way through the build process they always let me know where the build was up to and kept up to date. They use local trades which is great by keeping it in the area and they all do a amazing job with a quality build spec. Any changes that I wanted to do along the build they had no dramas of working together to changes done. There fixed contracts are really good as there are no hidden fees when it comes to completion. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting to build a home, they have done a amazing job.

No worries, I’m keen to get In there, Joel said they hadn’t put aircon In The garage before but can always turn it into a extra room if needed. It’s a good idea just to have though. I will be definately building with stroud again.
