Outstanding Customer service and quality!! – We couldn't be happier with our New Stroud Home! Yarren and his team were amazing from start to finish. We felt confident in all of his team throughout the entire process and we were given regular updates and guided inspections along the way. Yarren has an amazing eye for detail, and this was reflected in our home receiving a HIA award!! two things we loved about our build with Stroud Homes: 1) They delivered on all of their guarantees, from starting onsite within 7 days of DA approval being given, as well as completing and handing over the home to us within the 20 week build time frame. 2) This was a big one, the home was inspected by an independent company prior to hand over to ensure all work was completed to the highest standard and any defects were fixed prior to us getting the keys. Overall we couldn't fault one area of Yarren and Erin's business, their team are wonderful and we would jump at the chance to build with them again!!
