We were incredibly happy with the communication, workmanship and overall customer service that we received from Stroud Homes Port Macquarie. The team are all so friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to assist us with paperwork and other legislative requirements. We were initially nervous to be building a house in another state from where we live, but the Stroud Homes team soon changed that for us - we had regular video calls, phone calls, emails, photos and messages throughout the entire process which made us so much more comfortable and we could see all the progress and updates so easily. They treated us as if we were part of their extended family and we could not be more grateful to the Stroud Homes team for all their hard work in making our build happen.
