Excellent building experience – Currently starting second story brickwork. My bad timing meant that we were just getting sign-up and pre-start underway during our first Covid lockdown. Despite this, Webb & Brown-Neaves managed it all superbly well. Kim was great with design changes and initial planning. Jasmin was extremely helpful (and patient) with the pre-start process and subsequent variations. The workmanship so far seems to be excellent. Brent is the site supervisor and is communicating frequently, readily responsive to any questions that are raised. Great experience all round with these dedicated, professional staff and tradespeople. Thanks to everyone involved at W&B.
