Lies about shipping times, rude online support – The JB Hi-Fi website offers 3 shipping options, so when you pay an additional cost for express, you expect it to be handled quickly and delivered within the time frame they claim, as this is a key selling point on the website - if I wasn't going to get it by the time they said they'd deliver it, I'd go drive down and pick it up. But no, they couldn't even process the order until the day it was meant to be arriving. Before they had processed it, I tried finding a contact point to request the order be changed to pick up, or cancelled and refunded. No phone number for support, only sales. Pretty clear where JB's priorities lie. The request form they try push you through will take 5-7 days to get a response, and live chat takes forever to connect with an agent, then forever to get responses from that agent, and they were rude and unhelpful to me, suggesting my only option was to wait for them to get around to sending it from their warehouse, wait for it to be delivered, then I can drive down to the store and get a refund. Seriously, take your business elsewhere, JB Hi-Fi have gone drastically downhill and do not respect your time, so do not give them your money.
