Excellent facilities and well-maintained equipment, but staff are rarely on site and no one answers the phone during the advertised staffed hours. The gym’s own policy prohibits unaccompanied minors at night, yet large groups of loud, unsupervised teenage boys are often present, creating an unpleasant environment for most adults.

I’ve also heard numerous complaints about the difficulty of cancelling memberships. Fortunately, my own was cancelled immediately once head office was made aware of the potential liabilities in enforcing a 28-day notice period.
