Our Home, just what we wanted – We are well settled into our new home now. A well constructed , well finished design of our own choosing. Initially some delays with the design, but with minor adjustments the final design has all we hoped for. The delays were mainly due to the turnaround times to get changes onto the plan and the approvals required. The build proceeded with a minimum of delays, and we were updated regularly on the progress. Several small issues were adjusted and corrected as the build proceeded these were identified and discussed during regularly scheduled site visits and managed well by the building supervisor. Our building supervisor was changed shortly after construction began, and then remained unchanged for the completion of build. Post construction there were several minor issues which were promptly correct. One more concerning issue with some external concrete pathing required some time to correct, but when finally corrected by removal and replacement it was completed to our satisfaction. Considering all the above , we are very happy with the service we received and the quality and comfort of our Stroud built home.
