The best builder in town – We started Construction in December 2023. We cannot be happier with Beachwood. We have constantly been notified and updated. Never had any surprise variations. We got exactly and maybe a more than we signed up for.
I come from a contract management background. I could tell anyone that the T&Cs of Beachwood is very reasonable. Builders are constantly making the average people sign up to unreasonable contracts, Beachwood is definitely not one of them.
For example, my brother is building a few houses away from mine, almost same spec and size. My contract with Beachwood had 146 days less in building time compared to his. I had a higher damages rate, and defects liability terms are much better than my brother’s. Unfortunately I couldn’t get him with Beachwood but wish him all the best.
Anyways, no complaints and all praises of Beachwood.
