Emily was warm and personable, whilst having an ability to balance functionality, style, and our budget while creating a home design that truly reflects what we wanted. One aspect of the experience that we found incredibly valuable was having the same design consultant throughout the entire design process. We understand that the company doesn’t guarantee clients will have the same consultant for every appointment, and we appreciated that we were fortunate for this to be the case. However, there was always a level of uncertainty leading up to each appointment, as we weren’t sure whether we would be meeting with someone new. We believe that ensuring customers are matched with one consultant for the entirety of their design selections would significantly improve the customer experience. Continuity helps clients feel more supported, reduces the need to revisit previous decisions, and makes what can be a complex process feel much more personal and seamless.

has been amazing! We went with a knockdown rebuild through Boutique and it has been fairly stress free. Boutique handled the council, permits, knockdown requirements, etc. It felt very hands-off from my end, yet I was kept informed at every stage and allowed my input as appropriate.

I previously built with another volume builder and had a *terrible* experience at every stage, so I was prepared for the worst. Boutique plesently surprised me. Everything is moving as fast as is reasonable with no issues.

Our site manager has been great with communication and any small issues I see are fixed or flagged before I even get a chance to bring them up. Very thorough and professional.

years, the underside of our outdoor alfresco has suffered significant water damage. The lining has become swollen, deteriorated and started falling away. There are also clear signs of moisture staining, indicating a long-term water ingress issue.

As this was a display home, I expected a much higher standard of construction and durability. Instead, I am now facing the cost and inconvenience of investigating the source of the leak and repairing the damage.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I hope JG King Homes will investigate the cause and stand behind the quality of their work.
