Much Much more than expected – After being recommended to Perry Homes and meeting Noel at Chisholm I knew that I'd found my dream home in the Calypso 31, being a first time builder and a single father I was nervous, but the whole process was smooth and fluid, couldn't be happer with the results. Mark my building supervisor was awesome, highly knowledgeable, punctual, had great communication skills and very approachable, also a top bloke. I felt very confortable knowing that Mark was looking after my build and any small issues were resolved without fuss, thanks Mark. I'm extremely happy with the end results, the quailty of inclusions are great, the workmanship can't be faulted and the tradesman that I happened to meet were friendly and accommodating. Perry Homes has definitely assembled an awesome team that work well together, which is why my build was completed alot quicker than some of the other Builders in the same area, and at a lower price. Thank you Mark, Noel, Stephanie and all the Perry Homes team, for making my dream home come true.
