Smooth process from start to finish, build was completed on time and budget and was to a high standard of quality, couldn’t be happier. Buying or building a house in this day and age can feel like a impossible task but at Stroud’s with their fixed prices and thorough planning before breaking ground it makes it easier to get a lone and a less impossible task all together, I recommend building a home with Stroud especially if you only have access to to so much of a budget and can’t afford to be hit with any hidden nasty’s along the way
